The employees Are great. The parking lot is a disaster no parking around back ice in the parking lot and around the front entrance patrons beware don’t slip and fall. The owner should’ve done a much better job plowing their property if they wanted to open their establishment in these conditions. Cars have to back out of the parking lot and into traffic on Columbia Pike due to the poor job of clearing the snow

We just stopped there while passing through and my daughter ordered the “golden hour refresher” and it was the best she ever had! All the donuts were super fresh and drinks were delicious! The staff were friendly too!

1st visit. Breakfast meals and coffee were very good and hot. Others noted the small parking lot in the front. However, there’s more parking in the back. Outdoor seating in front and back as well. Fives are reserved for a second visit to ensure consistency.

I bought donuts from here early in the morning and was disappointed to find what looked like dust or mold on the donuts. When I returned to the store to show them a picture, the staff insisted it was just oil and said there was no problem eating it. While I appreciate the explanation, I still felt uncomfortable consuming the product. This experience made me question the quality and cleanliness of the food, which was disappointing as I usually enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts.

The seating inside is only two tables with two seats, each. There are two more tables on the back patio but that’s only useful if the weather is nice. Although it looks like it has a drive-thru, it doesn’t. Parking in the front is super limited but there is more parking in the back. There is a customer bathroom.

Customer service here is bad – the employees practically ignore you when you walk in. Today we stopped in to get a sprinkle donut for my 5 year old; there were two employees – one helping a customer and one just wandering around looking lost. The customer being helped in front of us proceeded to buy up all of the donuts, including every last of the 12 sprinkle donuts (despite hearing my son say out loud that he wanted one…)… she looked at us and said “sorry guys it’s for a football team” and then averted eye contact while my 5 year old attempted to try to hold back tears of disappointment. When I asked if there were any more donuts in the back, the employee doing nothing shrugged and said nope (because nothing is baked fresh here!). So we left without buying anything, as did a few other customers. It’s not the employees’ fault that this other customer was extremely rude but this isn’t the first time we’ve gone in to grab something and left feeling disappointed. Just be mindful if you stop here that you may have a similar experience, so temper your expectations! A local pastry shop would be a better choice, and we will be opting for that moving forward.

Stopped by this Dunkin location for the first time. Parking is a bit challenging as there are not many spaces. Staff at this location are very friendly. Restaurant was very clean. The croussaint was toasted to a crisp so my son did not enjoy it too much. Peppermint coffee was okay.

What a huge disappointment. I went there after church to break my fast. I ordered the $5 meal with two breakfast wraps. Not only did they get the order wrong, but the sausage wasn’t even properly heated! Good grief. If you can’t even heat a sausage patty, you’ve got a problem. I was so excited when this location opened up, but this is just way too much toil to deal with for a meal. I had already driven off but now I’m at the drive-thru for the Dunkin Donuts up the street. My food from Annandale will go to the crows.

I come to Dunkin all the time its literally next to my job but I ordered pick up for two matches lattes one with sweet cold foam one without, my coworker picked it up for me and brought back two matcha lattes both with sweet cold foam and filled half way. So I called and a guy said to bring it back so I did and they remade it but as they were remaking it this young girl told him that I probably drank it. So I told them I didnt and said it was really rude to say that infront of me. Why would i drink it and drive back to ask for another one? Waste of my time and theirs. Kept arguing back and forth with the girl in the hijab and eventually I got my drinks back made correctly by the guy who answered the phone. The guy was really sweet and helped me. The two girls though very rude and gave dirty looks when I wasn’t even at fault they messed up my drinks and blamed me for it that is messed up. I’ll still order cause I love dunkin but still man that is just rude.

Pretty typical Dunkin drinks that are usually made correctly . The service moves at a snails pace though, make sure your mobile orders are at least 15 min in advance or you’ll definitely be late to work… the drink I received today was also whole milk as opposed to oat milk, which I ordered. I’ll be having fun pooping my pants the rest of the day 🙂
