Visited on 7/18/23 at around 12:20pm. Staff was not friendly and were more focused on being on their phone and talking amongst themselves. The bathroom was dirty and we asked if someone could clean it and they said they would let their manager know and they never did. Made me not want to spend my money here and took my business elsewhere. Definitely not a great experience. Will not come again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am on a long road trip and I’m need of coffee. I had already pulled off the highway for another Dunkin’ that was closed. As I went further down my gps said this Dunkin’ (Belle hill) was still open. I pulled up and was screamed at through the window by 3 associates. Screamed at. It was 8:28pm and the door was already closed. Really shocking and disappointing. I did not even roll down my window or attempt to speak to them however I was still screamed at.

This location is usually great but I went by tonight and was really disappointed. Their hours says 5am to 9pm on Saturdays, so I placed my order at 7:58 on the mobile app and pulled into the drive through at 8:03 only to get the “we’re closed” automated message. At least they shouldn’t accept mobile orders when they are closed. And they should update their hours. It was very sad.

I visited this location after a while since everytime I tried to go, it seemed like they were closed. I ordered a medium iced coffee and a cookie butter donut. I normally get my coffee with oatmilk, 2 pumps of toasted white chocolate, 2 pumps of brown sugar cookie, and cookie butter cold foam. Today, they added cookie crumbles to the top of my cold foam! No one has ever done that before and I’ve ordered the same drink since the flavors were launched. It showed me that the person making the drink really cared and made me so happy! On top of that, they threw in an extra donut! This experience more than makes up for all the times it seemed like the store was closed. Thank you!

i came through one night and none of the ladies wanted to do their jobs, they were on their phones, i don’t want to bring race into it but it was a mixed girl and a short white girl with what looked like brown hair with bad highlights, they seemed like all they did was gossip and they acted like they didn’t want to be there. who ever is running that place needs to get it together because i will not stand to be tossed off to the side, i am a customer i should be respected! my pancake wraps were split in half and looked like just tossed in the bag, my coffee was cold(supposed to be hot) and tasted old, and i didn’t get the donut i asked for. get it together dunkin

They know us by our trucks, from how often we go. Customer service is always spectacular. Drinks are made perfectly and in no time at all. There’s been a time or two we’ve even broke down in our vehicles and the owner himself helped get us back and running. I 100% recommend this location to anyone in the area!

I’ll take this locations food, prices, and staff over the other Elkton Dunkin every day. And I do go to Dunkin every single morning. This morning the staff had to start late, meanwhile getting yelled at by customers because the manager was late and couldn’t unlock the doors. As soon as the doors opened they got slammed. Drive thru and walk in. The employees always seem stressed when you go in, but they keep their positive attitudes. I hope management starts doing a better job and appreciates their employees before they lose them!!
