My wife ordered a croissant sandwich. They were out of croissants so their best answer was to not give us the sandwich. All would have been good if they had told us they were out and asked what we wanted instead…..but they figured the best option would be to not give us anything. And, of course, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. This place is terrible.

I ordered an iced coffee with6 pumps of caramel and i recieved an iced coffee with just sugar in it so i asked the female manager if she could fix it for me . She fixes it and I apologized and I said normally I wouldn’t complain but I’m diabetic and can’t have all that sugar she then began arguing with me saying there was no sugar in it that it was only caramel and I said there wasn’t any caramel in it . I was like whatever proceeded to sit down and eat and the female manager then proceeded to give me dirty looks the entire time I was eating. I will not be coming back here and that manager should be fired for arguing with a customer and treating a customer very poorly .

Today a friend of mine left her phone there and 2 female employees got ahold of me and we were able to find another friend in the area to pick the phone up for us – we’re in Talbot County so over an hour away but my friend was there for a cheer competition! Those 2 employees went ABOVE and beyond to return an iPhone. Just weeks before Christmas this would have been a major loss!!! Those 2 girls are gems!

This is the worst Dunkin ever. If you’re able to make the extra five minute drive and go to the one in downtown oc, DO IT!!! . They’ve actually remade my whole order for free because this one, the one I got it from, refused to remake it because THEY didn’t give me a receipt and got everything wrong.
dunkin food is so good yet they ruin it every single time. I ordered two things and they had me pull around and park this time. Of course, my hashbrowns were burnt, almost black, and my bagel minis were freezing on the inside. The people that work there are mindless idiots that belong in an Amazon warehouse not anywhere near food. Every time I go to this location, I remind myself why I never go to this location The employees suck, the food sucks. and they have horrible customer service . They need completely new management. this is how you LOSE business. Especially when this area has a lot of good breakfast options. For cheaper prices too.
