The service was terrible they were eating while making our order. We waited 20 mins for 3 coffees they had no donuts at all the the food was thrown together it looked like they punched it before they gave it to us and they never told us our order was done when it did get done.

They don’t toast any of their products properly. Been going here sparingly for years and it’s the same every time. It’s seems everything is toasted for just a few moments, even when you you request the extra level of toast. It’s very strange. Bagels and muffins come out gummy. Something is wrong with their toasters. I have brought this to management attention with no improvement. Maybe a public review will correct the ship!

Very hit or miss at this location. The last time I went my hash browns were burned and my wrap was soggy. If I had time to go back and get them replaced I would have. Avocado toast is never actually toasted. I have also ordered decaf drinks before and been given regular coffee. Convenient location, but their consistency is lacking.
