I stop bu in the store, took 5 to someone take my order nobody at the cash register then took another waitting 6,7 minutes wait for my coffee, when they finally served it, the coffee was black I ask for cream and sigar. This store Is a shame.

The service is amazing. This dunkin has been my go to for over a year now. Out of that time, I’ve had a drink not made correctly 3 times. Each time they replace it without question. If you have a large order go inside. They’re very fast in the morning and always kind.

I got the hot chocolate and I had to inform them the chocolate was out due to it tasting like water. Then the croissant Sandwiches were so hard that we had had to peel the outer part of the sandwich off. The coffee was good with the exception of it having too much ice. The one good thing was that the cashier was extremely pleasant, her name was Julie. Ever the blueberry donut was only glazed in one side. They need to get better!

I stopped by this location last weekend on 9/3/22 & had a really bad experience with Jakaira(?) the way she spoke at me. I came back in 9/17/23 after I spoke with Becky the store manager & apparently this employee has had many complaints from others. I was greeted very respectfully this time & I received a free breakfast, drink & donuts. The feel was very different than it was on 9/3/23. So much joy & great attitude with the employees & excellent customer service.

They didn’t have Carmel syrup for a Carmel latte and they didn’t have any lemons for the iced tea. Then when we got our drinks they weren’t even filled up all the way. The iced tea didn’t taste good at all either which was weird because the iced tea is always consistent Dunkin’. Overall the establishment wasn’t very good and the drinks weren’t good at all.

One of your employees the older man in particular is extremely rude. He rushed us didn’t even say hi “just what do you want” There was a person that has mental conditions that had trouble making up her mind but instead of saying can I help you make your decision he said you need to pick one. Mean while there was nobody behind us in line so he had no reason to rush us even if there was you should never rush your customers who are supporting the business and paying there wages. He also still got the Order wrong when we repeated it to him multiple and even pointed and read it and still got it wrong.If you’re going to be in customer service then you need to be nice to all your customer and have patience it’s that simple!
