I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ for years, and the older man, middle-aged man, and young mixed girl are always fantastic—professional, friendly, and make my day better. Unfortunately, the older woman in the drive-thru has soured my experience. I’ve overheard her speaking negatively about customers, and I’ve seen her smoking outside multiple times. Her poor attitude has led me to avoid the drive-thru in the mornings. I won’t continue spending money where my business isn’t appreciated. I hope management addresses this issue, as the rest of the staff deserves better.

For years before every shift I try and get my morning coffee with breakfast here but the prices have just gotten to crazy! Dunkn’ was always the “working man’s” coffee shop, the coffee was never amazing but it was cheap and you knew what you were getting. They have turned there backs on working class Americans, I hope they learn there lesson but for now I am not coming back.

We went to our local Dunkin to pick up a mobile order at around 6pm today. We went through the drive thru and let the lady know we were picking up a mobile order. We had two empanadas on our order ($8.38 total). They were unfortunately out of empanadas – darn! But okay, that happens. I asked for a couple different sandwich options but unfortunately they were out of many things (I assume due to it being 6pm – no worries. It happens). They also couldn’t take off the empanadas from my mobile order which sucked but isn’t the employees’ or store’s fault.

What was frustrating was overhearing through the speaker box “what’s going on” “she can’t figure out what she wants to order.” It’s not that I can’t figure it out, but that I’ve asked for a bagel, out of bagels. Would you like a croissant? Sure, but for our second empanada, I’d like a sandwich….an English muffin sounded just fine. It’s a $4.79 sandwich. About $0.50 more expensive than the empanada. “Okay that’ll cover both empanadas, okay?” What? No, I paid $8+ dollars, I’m not okay subbing two items for one >$5 dollar item.

I also got a cinnamon vanilla coffee, and was told they are no longer doing the churro/cinnamon, despite it being an option on both their drive thru board and mobile app. Not they were out, that “they weren’t doing it anymore.” Okay :/ it was just confusing.

We figured out the substitution at the window, but it was frustrating having to explain to the lady at the window that one $4.79 entree should not replace two entrees for a total of $8.38. When we told her this, she responded “oh, really?” Like she didn’t know the price of the menu items. Are they not on the POS for employees to see?

Coffee was nice (as always) and the sandwich and my bagel minis were great. But our ham and Swiss croissant (sub we did at window) was completely burnt, as pictured here. Just disappointing, especially because we come here all the time, both mornings and evenings, and usually have little issues.

My wife and I usually have coffee in the morning at this establishment. Unfortunately, it’s not once, not twice, not three times almost every time we stop by. When we pick up our order, they don’t give it to us without the sweetener we asked for. They should pay more attention to that. Sometimes, people just expect a coffee exactly as ordered, like today when the coffee was completely bitter. I don’t know if they have a problem with their candy dispensary or practically, some so conscious of their work. And the worst part was today, when the manager personally handed me my coffees, but they were completely bitter. And there are times when they don’t even put any coffee in them, just pure cream. We’ve had them.

My friend and I went to grab 2 refreshers, one blueberry blast with lemonade and one golden hour. They were horrid and physically painful to drink! We couldn’t even take a sip of them without being shocked by how sour they were. It seems like the lemonade is the issue since both of ours have it. The workers must have just put lemon juice in them and called it a day. My friend wasted her rewards points on this and now we are both feeling ill. Do not recommend. They should rename these drinks blueberry bust and golden catastrophe.

Did not make the drinks right. Iced Espresso drinks tasted weaker than iced coffee. Other drink is too sweet. Didn’t follow directions. D not waste your money here.

18 May2022 One star based on the boy that worked the morning shift drive-thru. He tried to rush me to make my order(not my problem drive thru had a line)and continuously kept asking me if I wanted anything else. The Spanish mgr did her best to debunk the rude situation as I drove up to the window. The boy acted like he didn’t want to be at work, completely rude and seemed impatient. THE ABSOLUTE WORST DUNKIN I’VE BEEN TOO.

I usually go here every morning and this morning the lady working drive thru was very rude and nasty and saying why are we so busy this morning and just very rude at the window . I understand everyone has a bad day but gheesh customer service was terrible and the food and drinks were terrible . Very upset with service will be going to a different one
