Not as clean as other Dunkin’ I have been in. Staff was helpful and was quick to wait on us. Donut was stale, smokers outside of the entrance and kids inside swearing and goofing off. They were not buying anything and we’re not employees. Not the atmosphere I want to shop in.

Walked inside to pick up my mobile order before evening work traffic began. It gets hectic trying to exit this location when E Baltimore St gets congested. I didn’t wait long & the employee was pleasant, she thankfully cleaned off the overflow on my cold brew lid.

The employees are great, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. Wait times are always horrible (15-20 minutes in the drive through and longer if you walk in, regardless of the time of day). They only have 1 drive through lane, but somehow still manage to get orders mixed up. They seem to be out of almost every baked good by 12 pm. I’m convinced this place would be out of business in a week if they weren’t the only coffee shop.

This place is the worst. Our coffee orders are always wrong and the coffee is always gross. I used to go for the roasted tomato and avocado toast and this time the avocado was really cold and the tomatoes were barely toasted at all. If your not going for donuts then I would steer clear of this place. If your looking for a place in Taneytown with good coffee go to sheetz. We stopped going to DD for awhile and I decided to give them another try but it was just a waste of money as usual.
