I stopped in to order a simple black coffee, and the experience was honestly disappointing. When I picked up my cup, the lid was smeared with what looked like coffee mixed with cream and sugar—exactly the opposite of what I ordered. It was messy, sticky, and honestly pretty disgusting.
Not only did it make the drink unappealing, but it also made me question the care and cleanliness behind the preparation. A basic cup of black coffee shouldn’t come with a dirty lid. This really took away from what should have been a quick, easy stop.

Asked for flavored coffee with the number of pumps creamer and sugars I like. Ordered many times at different locations. A couple times now after leaving drive thru I find I get nothing that I ordered. No flavor and a lot less cream and sugar than what I asked for. They were fast but now I know why, nobody is getting the difference in what they ordered.

Super friendly staff that treat you like family. Shop was very clean. Coffee was hot, fresh and perfectly made. Shop is easy to get in and out of.

My order was a drive thru, everyone in the town knows how long these people take to give your order back and on top of it I had the terrible experience I ordered grilled cheese sandwich for my son and handed him the sandwich in the back seat, poor kid tried to eat and left the sandwich When I was cleaning the car I found out that the sandwich was not toasted at all,and only the cheese was melted. I don’t know where in the world it is called a grilled cheese sandwich, look for yourselves in the picture.

Went there for donuts but they only had 6 glazed donuts. I thought they were a donut shop that sold a lot of different kinds of donuts. It cost $10 for 6 NOT fresh donuts. Is there a real donut shop in Westminster or Taneytown ?

Last 4 times I’ve ordered a sandwich with extra egg and paid for extra egg only to find i only got a single egg. They sound annoyed when taking orders at the drive thru. And this last time my gf ordered and they did it again and also got the drink wrong.

I start my day at this Dunkin’ location every morning and am consistently impressed by the outstanding service— specifically from Ashley. She is exceptional, consistently demonstrating a friendly and welcoming demeanor along with top-tier customer service. She greets me with a smile and remembers my order every time, even when I’m on the passenger side- it is impressive. Any employer would be fortunate to have someone like Ashley on their team.
