Morning is better. There is a woman working the window who is the nicest lady every single time.
But tonight my daughter and I came here for bacon egg and cheese croissants, a chocolate chip muffin, and coffee before heading out to shop.
Two sandwiches, a muffin, a medium coffee and a medium latte was $25.50 or around that. Had a $20 and a $10 and now have $4 and some coins. I do not care about the prices typically, it is what it is when it comes to any restaurant. But the bacon egg and cheese croissants each had two pieces of bacon. That’s ridiculous. So go in the morning but not at night is my lesson learned.

This is my local Dunkin Donuts. The location runs smoothly during peak hours and the food and beverages as well prepared. I often place large orders the night before for next day pickup. Their breakfast sandwiches are especially good and they often have seasonal offrings.

I have never experienced such as rude service before. That day was Saturday afternoon and old man was taking orders, but my child’s order came out wrong. When my kid told he ordered other one, the old man reacted as it was my kid’s fault. That old man said he would make it again, but he threw that wrong order at another counter as he was offended. My kid was scared by that old man reaction and he would drink even the order was not right. I didn’t want to my kids felt disappoint, I took that wrong order and I reordered what my kids wanted. How bad service it was.

The dounts were fine but I was not pleased with the service. I was asking about ordering a Chai latte which is on the menu but the man at the register said he did not have. Which is fine so I went to order another drink and he took it down incorrectly. When I shared with him that he had the wrong drink he rudely said “you need to make up your mind already!”

Coffee is too sweet, iced cappuccino was all ice no coffee. Donuts were thrown in the bag so they were squashed and the chocolate donut I got didnt have any sprinkles which is problem for my child apparently.

All food items were made with just enough to say they completed the sale. I frequently stop at multiple locations this was the first time here an the last. Just a few sprinkles of bacon on two avocado toasts. When showed to the manager he put al little more on but it was still less than half what I have come to expect from the other locations. Same thing with the loader hash browns, no ware near what I have received from other near by locations.

The donuts were expensive for a dozen. They also were not very fresh. The strawberry donuts were a very pale pink color. Of course didn’t check until it was too late. Won’t be back anytime soon

My order was totally wrong I ask for creamer with stevia they give me sugar when I called to explain what happened I was hang up on. Then I tried calling back no answer. The rudeness and disrespect was not needed I will never visit this location again.
