I attempted to use the kiosk to order a value meal. After selecting the value meal and the entrée I made payment, not realizing you had to physically select the hash brown and coffee even though they already showed on the screen. When I Picked up the food I realized immediately and asked the staff how to fix it as I wanted the complete meal. Their only response was you cannot. I was completely willing to pay the difference But not given the option. Bad kiosk design along with incompetent employees.

I stopped at this Dunkin’ on 8 Feb 2024 at approximately 1:40 pm because I needed some pick-me-up fuel (coffee). Being from Las Vegas, Nevada, I’m not used to seeing both Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins combined under one roof, and honestly, that is just a wonderful sight. Some may wonder what the big deal is, but to me, I like Dunkin’ and I love Baskin Robbins…and if you combine the two, it’s just magical.
My wife and I didn’t order any food at this location because we weren’t that hungry. But since I’ve eaten at Dunkin’ so many times at various locations across the country, it’s probably a safe bet to say that this location’s food is adequate, if not, great. The customer service was good; there’s nothing that really stood out, both positive and negative. Although, I will say that whoever prepared my coffee did an excellent job with it and was quick – yes, I have been to other locations to where they messed up my “simple” coffee with cream and sugar, and the employees moved like snails – this clearly wasn’t the case at this location.
The building’s exterior and inside décor was a bit dated and could use a little freshening up here and there, and perhaps everywhere. I know based on the area, this building has that unique charm which some may identify it as being “cute.” But for me, I like that clean, modern look (you can blame the fact that I live in a city where a lot of the buildings/structures look modern), therefore, I feel that this building could use some updating.
Overall, I was satisfied with this visit. If you’re currently in the area or planning to be in the area, and require some liquid fuel and/or food, then you need to visit this Dunkin’…definitely recommend.

It’s Dunkin Donuts. The coffee is hot. The fresh made drinks are good. Drive through service is usually fast. The donuts are always stale. Even early in the morning, they are serving the previous days donuts first. Selection is terrible. Always the very same few selections. Donuts, I believe now are not even made on premises and delivered by truck already prepared. I go to KK for good fresh donuts and only frequent Dunkin for coffee now.

Logan is awesome here but most of the other staff is incompetent and can’t make anything I ask for correctly. The coffee machines aren’t cleaned I’ve been told from more than few previous and current employees. I always ask for light ice and get mostly ice. I ask for cream no sugar and get sugar no cream. I ask for a large and get a medium but get over charged. I ask for a specific flavor and either get the wrong one or none. Food is always burnt and ugly and gross to eat. The only thing good about this Dunkin’ is the actual doughnuts but they also never give me the right Doughnut so overall this facility is a disrespect to the place I live.

I really don’t know how this location is even still open! It’s horrible, staff just seem to run in circles, NEVER get my mobile order right, always missing items, my latte isn’t even hot or warm for that matter, they’ve tried giving me a medium drink before when I ordered and paid for a large and this time my drink wasn’t even close to a full cup! Then having to stand there and wait forever to ask for my correct order is ridiculous. Seriously get it together! Any other location is better than this one, unfortunately I’ve given them too many chances to get it together. I don’t want to order anymore from this location because it’s such a pain.

I get a coffee here every morning. Usually I just drink it without checking. I don’t know what made me open the lid today. But I found a bug floating inside. This makes me wonder how many other drinks have I had where there have been bugs. This is disgusting!!

The Spanish speaking employees was rude . I stopped there on my way back from West Virginia. Paid with a $50 dollar bill. The kid at the register insisted on speaking Spanish to me every other word. Kept inspecting the bill while the older woman was making comments on the bill being counterfeit. When he finally charged me for my order it took 15 minutes to get my order . Which was wrong I asked for 25 chocolate munchkins they gave me mixed munchkins. 2 ice creams which took 10 minutes for the young man to get. On top of this did not gave me a receipt. PLEASE TEACH YOUR Bilingual employees to use their second language Spanish or whatever it is with the non speaking English customers. Also To stop being rude and making nasty comments in Spanish because there is more than one person out there that understand what they are saying. I didn’t get a receipt. I call the store ask for a manager they wouldn’t let me speak with the manager . I wish they had zero stars.

This DD in New Market did not do well this morning. They misunderstood my order. I was handed most of my order. Then cashier was interrupted by another worker, and in her distraction forgot to hand me my coffee. She turned away so I thought I was handed all so pulled away. Realizing as I started off the coffee didn’t come, I had to go back for it and no one understood what happened at first. Finally they saw my coffee sitting there and gave it to me.

Ordered Cute spider donuts. First picture is what I thought I was getting. Second picture is what I got. When I asked about it they said sorry this is what we have right now. Did not offer to make it look like a spider did not offer a refund they were pretty much like sorry that’s what you got. Not good customer service. False advertising.
