25Feb.2024 My 1st time in this spot and as soon as I walked in the cashier greeted me with a nice hello. My order was taken and read in 3 minutes.

The food is constantly burnt. Getting decaf is risky because it is either burnt to the point of being inedible or, they make it full caffeine. They often get my order wrong, so often that I always check every item. I actively loath this Dunkin. I’d stop going if I didn’t live so close to it and my wife didn’t still like it.

As others have mentioned, zero customer service, as they have you order from a kiosk. Ordered 2 donuts and was told at pickup they were out and I quote “should have looked behind the counter to see they were out” I thought it was an actual joke. But here’s the actual joke, they didn’t even have soap in the bathroom, why would I ever come back to get the donuts you’re out of if employees aren’t even washing their hands?! DO BETTER

Stopped by for the first time before 11am. Ordered at the drive through and all my food plus my drink was ready by time I got to the window. No wait! Coffee was perfect and food was out. Workers seemed pleasant! Thank you!

The only dunkin ive been to that consistently makes good drinks. Dunkin is known for only making the drinks correctly have the time, depending on the staff member. This Dunkin makes good drinks all the time and I go there way too often. I’ve only had the donuts in terms of food and they are occasionally stale but generally good. Staff is nice but not overly friendly.

I stop by my neighborhood Dunkin’ every morning, and the staff here never fails to make my day a little brighter. They’re always friendly, efficient, and take the time to get my order just right. Even during busy mornings, they manage to keep things moving smoothly without sacrificing great customer service.
