Stopped to use my free coffee reward on my app (which they ALREADY increased to 600 points!!) So I go in & I used the kiosk to order, went through the process, scanned my QR code.:. After scanning my free coffee, it took my points yet didn’t take the charge for the coffee off. I asked the man at the counter about it, he rerang my order at the counter & scanned my points again… & AGAIN… no money taken off. Which I had TOLD HIM AREADY that it WASNT going to work because the first transaction had already taken my 600 points. So needless to say I had to cancel the whole order, FRUSTRATED, because they offered NO solution to fix the issue & I was just told that it would probably take 3-5 business days for my points to go back on. So let’s see if they even do. Smh.

Today was my worst Dunkin experience EVER so I went the lady I saw at the window ignored me over and over when I was asking her for a pup cup for my dog. And I mean changes the subject and talks to another that that was working. I asked her maybe 7 times before I finally got an answer out of her. She tells me it’s company policy she cannot give me whip cream unless it’s on my drink because again it’s company policy not to give it out. Uhh lady I’ve been getting pup cups for YEARS! What do you mean Dunkin doesn’t do pup cups???!?! She was so rude and that’s all I wanna talk about cause my poor husky had to go without his daily treat and he’s mad at me now

Seems the drive through is so busy the lobby barely gets much love it is impeccable. The staff seems like they’re having a great time most of the time. Orders get pumped out quick and on point. Food items served and prepared methodically. Double Ds Always Delivers.

Great Dunkin’ location, recently remodeled and super easy to get too from I81. Went in there for a pickup and my drink was there a few minutes after order was placed. As expended, solid spot in town

Out of all the Dunkin Donuts I’ve went to, this one is my favorite. The inside is nice and clean. Donuts are fresh and my iced lattes are always made perfect..never bitter. Plus they don’t try to nickel and dime you by overcharging for almond milk. Menu says 50 cents and that’s exactly how much they charge. Staff is very friendly and nice. The set up of the drive thru window looks like the building was once a bank so not the easiest drive thru to maneuver through if you have a big vehicle or truck and sometimes the line can get a little backed up in the morning because the parking lot area is a little small but it’s well worth these tiny inconveniences. This is my new coffee stop in the mornings because of the quality and consistency.

Just go to Dunkin inside of Walmart! This place is slow, never has croissants or always out of something! Then gives me a coffee dripping and gets on my clothes! You would think it’s a bunch of kids working this place! Will not be going back
