Every time I go thru the drive thru all the workers are nice except a young blonde girl. I get having a bad day, but everytime I go which is often, she is disrespectful and down right rude. Slams the door on you before you can even ask for a damn straw. If you hate ur job that much you have to be rude to customers then the basic customer service job isn’t for you.

If there aren’t two specific people working the service is TERRIBLE. The amount of times I’ve been given unsweetened tea when I specifically asked for sweet is INSANE. I don’t know if it’s a reading problem, a language problem, or they honestly don’t care. Bring a Starbucks to Brunswick so we don’t have to come here out of convenience.

I’m going to boldly say that out of the faster food options right here in town, DD definitely is one of the top performers. The staff is more often than not friendly and efficient. As busy as they get I feel I’m on my way faster than some other chain places you may have to go further for. I use the app and it’s a wise decision.

This Dunkin’ is ridiculous when it comes to pricing and customer service. They charge an additional $.50 if you don’t want ice which I’ve never had a food establishment do before. They charge $3.39 to add two slices of bacon to a sandwich which is bizarre as well. I won’t be coming back here and will go to a different Dunkin if this means I will pay reasonable prices and get great customer service.

Someone needs to tell the employees when handling food you need to wear gloves or not touch the actual food. This employee was scooping ice cream while manhandling the cone in between taking bites of her lunch. Completely unsanitary and against health codes. No hand washing in between eating and handling customer food either.
