I go to this location regularly and they are consistently awful in almost every possible way. Constantly out of stock of both Dunkin and baskin robins items. Forgets to give you your donuts for carry out orders most of the time. Today ordered a bagel and it was totally covered in a clear oily liquid. Which is just disgusting. Staff are inattentive and struggle to communicate most of the time. Manager once made fun of me to my face because he thought one of the drinks on my order was odd. All in all the location needs a complete overhaul from a management and staffing standpoint but I’m not holding out any hope for improvement as it has only gotten worse as time goes on. With both a krispy cream and Sheetz within view of this location I would highly advise you go to one of those instead.

I ordered two iced drinks and specifically asked that it be stirred not shaken as all they do is twirl the top of the cup with there wrist. I had all the sugar an caramel at the bottom of the drink making me have to break up the cold foam I wanted to get it mixed an it was overly sweet. I then get home to find out the croissant stuffer I ordered at the windows, sorry I saw a coupon upon check out , was burnt . Like burnt burnt , how does that happen when I’m sitting in the windows waiting an why serve me a blackish brown burnt up stuffed croissant? Very disappointing having spent $20 and 3/4 of my order be messed up . I’m surprised my doughnuts weren’t jacked up. Not okay.

The customer service here is awful. I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes while the girl working was texting on her cell ignoring my daughter and I who were the only customers in the store. I ended up walking out. I have never experienced such horrible customer service.

Treaty trashy location. Went in stood at the register for 5 mins then the girl started fumbling with the register. Sorry I wanted an everything bagel with cream cheese. Didn’t think my order was that complicated but apparently being attentive to customer also isn’t a capability. What a waste of a 15 mins break. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to any dunkin location. Should have just gone around the corner to Baltimore coffee. Will keep that in mind next time.

Always out of stock and if you need a refund they can’t do it and will make you spend over an hour of your life trying to get a refund. Just don’t bother going here, it’s been disappointing for years and anytime I think it will be better they mess up my order yet again.

The staff were efficient and the space appeared cleanly. However, the doughnut was stale and the sandwich tasted like carcinogens (really can’t think of any other way to describe this sandwich).

If i could rate this store a ZERO I would! The kids at the window are disgustingly rude! I received a donut that looked like it was bitten or pinched off of. The customer service is HORRIBLE. The young man at the register inside was handling money and touching donuts with his bare hands. Disgusting. NEVER GO HERE!! Go to Krispy Kreme instead!

worst dunkin’ donuts i’ve ever been to. there customer service absolutely horrible, i ordered a frozen coffee. in my opinion it was too sweet for me to drink, no big deal. i respectfully went back and asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me one, so i asked if i could get something else instead. the lady attending me said, “i’ll change it for you this time but i can’t just give you a refund because you don’t like it.” like ????. on top of that when i got my hot chocolate it was only filled half way. 10/10 would not recommend.
