Run away from this place! I went there 2 different times for food. Yesterday wil be my last! The bacon was not cooked/heated well, the cheese never melted and the bagel was like rubber.
I took it back for a refund and they were extremely rude and told me it was nothing they can do about it since I ordered on the app! I slide that mess to them on their counter and told them to eat it!
I will be sure to call customer service on Monday. If you look at most of their reviews. Those are people they know. Not the customers of this community!
I could be mistaken but I didn’t see anyone from that location respond to any of the reviews.

I stopped here for a quick breakfast. I don’t live on this side of town and it was my first time ever coming to this DD. When I tell you from the food to the service all of it was amazing. Everything was fresh. I ordered a coffee cake muffin and I could tell it was just freshly made. Omg the staff!!! 20/10 service. They literally went above and beyond I don’t even get this kind of service in the area I live in. I’d be happy to come back here again! 10/10 I highly recommend.

I just found out that they are charging an extra .30 for vanilla sweetener in a medium hot coffee. And I didn’t ask for extra, it’s the normal 3 shots that come with that size. I never go to this location because I already know how terribly the food comes out. But I thought, ehh, let me get a coffee real quick. Wrong idea. If you are a Dunkin’ Donuts person, don’t come here for anything. You will be disappointed with everything.

This Dunkin location has the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted in my life. I have tried it a few times because it’s the closest to my job but after today I’ve realized it’s not me it’s whomever is making the drinks. My drink today was disgusting. Then I couldn’t even call ahead to make someone aware that I will be coming back to get a refund today because apparently the number listed isn’t in service.

I had such a pleasant experience at this location! The staff was super friendly, making my morning that much better. My food was served quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. I just moved here a couple months ago and I love Dunkin. Definitely prefer it over Starbucks. This is my favorite location near where I live. The customer service is amazing, everyone is super friendly and the food is always good. The one .6 miles away in the opposite direction I’ve only been twice and it didn’t really leave a good taste in my month. Hash browns were burnt is all I remember. This location I have never had an issue with my order.

Quick and fast deliciousness! Close to where I live so very easy to just grab and go especially with how quick their service is. Never had a bad experience since their opening. Love to get the avocado toast and their not stingy with the bacon lol. Recommend trying for yourself!

The staff is so friendly and accommodating here; Plus I think they are one of the only Dunkins in the area that still sells french krullers and for that alone they get 5 stars. I.
