Visited this Dunkin with my daughter early am. Great atmosphere, nice cozy seating area. App order took a little time to fill, but they noticed me waiting and asked and filled quickly. Shelves well stocked with a strong variety of tasty looking Donuts! Bumped into my plumber while I was here. Coffees were good!

I just watched an employee blow her nose, take a napkin and clean her glasses, and then blow her nose again, and then proceeded to work without washing her hands. That’s disgusting.
Also, I received this burnt bagel upon requesting the darker toast option. Pretty sure dark and burnt aren’t the same thing when it comes to serving food.

This location has always made very weak drinks, which I was generally willing to overlook until I took a bite of a vanilla cream donut and there was a piece of paper towel/wipe INSIDE of it. I brought it back in and the manager said “that’s impossible”… okay, bud.

The manager needs to be involved I just called and was told there was not manager there. I asked to speak to someone who is in charge and the woman hung up on me. I called back and I asked for a Bavarian cream doughnut. The woman asked around and said thats what they gave me. I said no it is not and she said yes it was. This is not a Bavarian cream doughnut it is a whip cream filled doughnut. They need better management there. Ill be returning these tomorrow to get what I paid for.

Find another Dunkin to go to. My order is always wrong. Just paid $9 for the wrong coffee and wrong donut. This is probably the 10th time they have done this in the last 6 months. Employees are lazy and unfriendly. You can never get a manager to come out and correct the issue, which causes me to contact corporate, who also does not respond. Do not waste your money here until they fix their staffing.

Been going here many years. Service is sometimes poor, the donuts are almost always kind of stale. The worst thing is, if you go drive thru and order a donut they don’t have, they’ll just charge you anyway and give you the wrong one. It’s happened dozens of times so it’s no coincidence. They used to just tell you that they are out of that flavor.
