Was the only person in the drive thru line and the employee was very short with us, felt like we couldn’t ask any questions and were rushed to leave. We asked what the holiday flavors were and they said there weren’t any. We wanted the new bacon jam grilled cheese and realized when we started eating them that they gave us regular grilled cheese. With 6 employees in there and being the only customer in sight, I don’t know what the rush was about.

Placed a mobile order at 2:40 on Christmas Day. Waited in line, no one said anything at the ordering screen so we pulled around to the window. Was told they were closed. I asked when they closed and the very rude man inside yelled 2:00. I asked how I’m going to get my money back for my mobile order and they told me contact Dunkin for a refund. No where on this establishment was it posted that they closed at 2:00. I feel bad for the 4 other cars behind me who also thought they were open. The employee who walked out and got in his vehicle could’ve at least told me along with the others waiting that they were closed. Instead he embarrassingly ran over the curb and sped away. Save yourself the time and just go to the Dunkin at 1602 Eastern Avenue. They are so much nicer, drinks are better, and they won’t let you place a mobile order if they are closed!

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the Dunkin’ associate who kindly let me use the restroom during my visit. I am a MTA driver taking a break in my route to grab my favorite matcha. I didn’t catch her name, 8/4/2025 20:01pm but she was incredibly warm and understanding. In a world where kindness can sometimes be rare, her simple act of courtesy really stood out. It made my day, and I truly appreciated her helpfulness and professionalism. Small gestures like that go a long way. And the tea was good. Thank you again!

Visited in November with my daughter, as an extension of our series on DD in Baltimore.
This place is great. Good coffee, good decor, good folks.
That’s the way to start the day!

I usually stop in here every morning on the way to work. The guys at the window have my order memorized. Starting at around 7am they are usually getting slammed at the drive thru. They keep it moving though so even though the car line looks long the wait isn’t.

Cant even make a vanilla latte properly or follow simple directions. I requested it be remade and then they remake it exactly how it was before with caramel and make it super sweet. Bad service. If you don’t want your time/money wasted go somewhere else.

All I asked for was a Matcha had to wait in line 15 minutes for the one person in front of me to just get a drink and a small bag of donuts holes. Then the barista proceeded to serve me a miserably disgusting coffee after assuring me it was a Matcha not once with twice.

Me and my husband come to this dunkin EVERY DAY. You would think they know how to make our coffees the way we like it because we ask for it EVERY DAY without a change but flavor swirl. They COMPLETELY screwed up my drink today. It’s like tea and coffee mixed with little to no sugar and no creamer. I ask for 6 cream and 6 liquid sugar EVERY DAY. DO BETTER DUNKIN. 2 associates are really rude and will lie and say you ordered your drink that way too knowing damn well you didn’t
