I did not get my sandwich as the wrap which cost more then the option they offered. When asked for my refund they did not care said not them. The app. Then on top of they they didnt even give me the donut I order which I saw when home. Worsy experience ad app amd services suck as cant even connect with help. This is why other vendors are bearing Dunkin. First time using app and might be the last. Dont care about the money, care about that every part was handled without care to my experience. That is the new ways of working I guess. Hope customers except the bad service.

Of the 5 local DD in the area, this one is the most expensive with any add on! Every other i have been to adds a dollar or so for additional bacon. This location was $2.60! When i inquired about the price the lady at the window said the owners determine the pricing and she avoids purchasing from the very location she works…..for the simple fact everything is more expensive then the next two closest locations. I’d recommend holding out to get to another location in these days everything is already so expensive…that lil bit adds up if u go everyday and pay more then u would at the next. Done with this location. Ppl will come regardless no need to be greedy!!!

I ordered a sand-which with white cheddar cheese and they gave me a sandwich with cheddar cheese, not what I paid for. Then my sandwich was burnt, so I gave it back. Then when I got my sandwich back my white cheddar cheese wasn’t even melted and they burnt my croissant for a second time.

They make u pay extra for whipped cream. Which I don’t think u should have to considering it should already be an option on the App. Plus most ppl don’t carry cash on them anymore. So what are u supposed to do in that case???

For me, this was my first time visiting Dunkin’ in this location. And to my surprise, this Dunkin’ restaurant was more spacious than another Dunkin’ located at 901 Middle River Road (or was it just me?). Overall, the restaurant was clean, my app-ordered beverage was ready on time, and the Dunkin’ Team Members were busy dealing with curbside pickup orders, yet they were presentable and courteous to every customer.

Easily the WORST Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. ALWAYS out of stock on lots of donuts & munchkins. Today I ordered two donuts that were apparently out of stock, and I was REFUSED a refund. After that, I was offered other donuts & they didn’t even give me what I asked for. Bacon was cold. Horrible place.

The morning crew is always super nice and super quick, especially Stephanie! She always remembers my order and makes it perfectly, and goes out of her way to talk to my 2 year old! He hurt himself in the store (his fault, not dunkin’s) once, and she went above and beyond to make sure he was happy!

I’ve stopped by this particular Dunkin Donuts quite often because it’s on my way home from work (going through the drive the). The last time I was there I questioned the price of my order. The gentleman who waited on me completely disregarded my question and proceeded to tell me my total and hurried me along. ***If you need to contact them, please don’t use the number because no one will answer the phone.**** I have encountered some polite staff there, but the last few times it’s been the very unfriendly gentleman. From now on I will go out of my way to go to the one in Caroll Island. I’ve only had wonderful interactions with them.
