Just left and im typically nit a complainer. Went through the drive thru and ordered a large hot cocoa, bacon/egg/cheese on a bagel (requested no egg) and two doughnuts. Received a medium hot cocoa ( it was in a large cup but only filled 3/4 of the way) and a bagel with egg and bacon (no cheese). The person taking the order read it back to me correctly but the acutal order was a bit messed.

Ordered 2 wraps, no egg, checked them before leaving the DT line and there were eggs on both wraps. Let them know and instead of making new wraps they attempted to just remove the eggs which were placed under a slice of cheese. I stop here every morning before work but will not be returning. There is a Dunkin on every corner I will find one that cares.

CHECK YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT STATEMENTS IMMEDIATELY if you visited here lately. Caught two young ladies that work the evening shift RECORDING CUSTOMERS DEBIT/CREDIT NUMBER w/ cellphone on 2/25/25. The one young lady (African-American) speaks with a “base-filled” accent is a distraction. I noticed the other young lady (Hispanic) had her cell phone laying flat next to register. Before pulling out I asked “why is there a cell phone directly next to the register. Are you recording customers debit/credit card info?” The Hispanic young lady had a look of panic all over her face. The Other young lady with the distracting voice tried to act as if she didn’t hear my question but suddenly had the nerve to give me instructions on what I need to do to “KEEP MY CARD SAFE.” This did not sit well with me so I pulled back around to the Drive thru minutes later and asked “if there was a manager that I could speak to”. The African American young now speaking without the accent says “there is no manager here”. I proceeded to ask for a business card of the manager’s and by the way “this is all being recorded.” The African American young lady immediately shut the drive thru window and left the window never to return. The Hispanic young lady pushed a button on the phone (stop record) and immediately walked towards lobby of the store (which was locked. DRIVE THRU ORDERS ONLY). After a 1-2 minute wait, As I’m pulling out of the drive thru I look thru the window and noticed the Hispanic young lady scrambling through her cell phone as if she was deleting recordings. BE AWARE OF VISITING HERE IN THE EVENINGS. Morning crew offers great overall service.

I patronized this location since 2010. The prices were reasonable, drinks were delicious and service exemplary. Over the last several years, more often than not, the unsweetened iced tea is soured/old/rotten/undrinkable. This indicates to me that they are not cleaning the equipment. I used to spend an embarrassing amount of money at the Middle River location. Now I patronize a less convenient Dunkin’ location because my coffees and teas are consistently delicious. And they are almost $2 cheaper than the rotted drinks the Middle River location serves. I grew tired of dumping expensive undrinkable iced drinks down the drain or arguing with the employees whose solution was to offer a replacement drink dispensed from the same original rotten batch! They are going to end up making people sick.

I wanted so much to love this location but they have let me down for the third time since this year (2023) has started and, ultimately, overall. I usually order via drive-through. I went one day and ordered a caramel latte with extra caramel and received a regular coffee. I didn’t feel like the drive back so I kept it. Another day, I asked for the same order and received a cup full of warm cream. When I went back to the store , I wasn’t even greeted at the counter and everyone sped past with not even a “Hello. We’ll be right with you”. I had to say excuse me to get someone’s attention in which they tried to make me wait even longer until I explained why I returned to the store. I always believe in giving chances to redeem but today was the straw that broke the camels back. I asked for a chai latte with oat milk and what I received was coffee… with oat milk ‍♀️. Customer retention will go down the drain at this rate.

This location drive thru, is extremely slow. Staff friendly, but can’t go inside, always out of items so the customers is stuck in the drive thru line for 20 mins.

I placed a mobile order for this location 22 minutes before they closed. It was a simple iced and hot coffee. After sitting at the drive thru speaker and no one responding, I pulled to the window. Still no one came. I ended up having to call twice on the phone for a young girl to answer and finally come to the window. There were two cars behind me in the drive thru line. Each car had to honk for service because they weren’t wearing the headset for drive thru. I understand wanting to close early, but when you’re open til 8pm, you need to serve customers til 8pm.

Owner is a grump. Shouldn’t be in customer service. His family doesn’t know English, so there is a huge language barrier. I’ve given them so many chances, because the are close by, and they never get my order correct. Their lattes taste like all milk foam. Sometimes the milk is on the verge of sour. Their donuts are always stale. They have lost a customer! My change was incorrect as well as my food!!
