This might once have been a regular Dunkin, with seating and all the other things you expect at a Dunkin restaurant, but it’s now little more than a pickup spot for orders submitted online in advance. You can walk in and place a order, but all you’ll find is a checkout counter with no display case, 4 electronic ordering kiosks on the wall and three small tables and six chairs by the window that are better suited for sitting while waiting for your order than for eating in. There is also a drive-up window. The workers will assist the occasional walk-in customer who can’t figure out the ordering kiosks, but they are mainly there to put orders together. If you’re looking for a Dunkin where you can sit and enjoy a meal, select a different one.

I hate to say this, but I wish this store would go out of business. I would be so happy. They are so rude and have the worst customer service. Forget about saying anything polite like hi or good morning and thank you, not only do they not say anything to you, they look at you and talk like you’re stealing the food from them. I’m not just referring to the employees that don’t speak english, even the ones that do speak english act like that. These are horrible people and don’t deserve to make a living off this place with this kind of attitude and service.

Thank you Dunkin for having a Kosher option at this location with many Cholv Yisroel milk options . This Dunkin offers drive through and kiosk order . Typical Dunkin food in terms of quality, nutrition, service etc you get what would expect from a Dunkin donuts.

For the second time, I was given dairy products despite warning them that I had a severe dairy allergy and had to use an epi pen and go to the hospital. There was no accountability taken for this mistake and I was told I was lying. Please don’t give this kind of establishment any more business.

I come here all the time and I just came back from there to find they intentionally gave me a burnt croissant sandwich. I ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 sweet teas for pick up. It wasn’t until I came home that I saw that one of my sandwiches was burnt. I know they can make it properly bc the other 2 were fine. They weren’t busy when I picked up so there’s no excuse for not remaking my sandwich. Beware of your food

Consistent quality service no matter how busy they get and if their drive through machine is broken, they always manage to get the orders out in an accurate and timely fashion! Walk in is just as good as drive through! Good selection of cholov Yisroel items, see attached pictures of what’s certified!

Probably the worst Dunkin I have been to! I had preferred to not even write this review, but the guy working the drive through on 8/12/2025 at 8:30 am was extremely rude.
Fast food is Fast food, never much to be expected but when you can’t even properly make a bagel is insane. Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese. The bagel was burnt and the cream cheese was only on one half. When I asked for additional cream cheese bc one half had absolutely nothing on it, he said $1.65.
I was thrown back, bc sir you see it’s not on the half of the bagel. His response was “ there’s not enough in the container to do both sides, so we only put it on the one side”! What sir, give me my money back!

This is a Dunkin’ Donuts that offers kosher certification for their food and drink. I used the drive thru which is very convenient during the COVID era. The staff had masks on and was good about practicing safe COVID practices. I had placed my order, paid, and received my food in about 3 minutes. The staff was fast and friendly. They also spoke very clearly on the drive thru intercom which doesn’t happen often at most drive thru. Would definitely come back here. I had ordered the veggie sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese and for veggie this was a really tasty sandwich. Got a standard black ice tea which Dunkin is very consistent with everywhere.
