I came to this location after calling to confirm they had the megan the stallion promo going on withe cup and they said yes. I drove to the location and ordered a medium, megan mango refresher, 2 donuts and a bagel. I asked about the cup and she said she did not know what I was talking about then said yes we have it and charged me $1.00 for it when it is supposed to be free with purchase. I asked her why she was charging me and she said “oh ok hold on” and proceeds to change it from “pop up cup” to protein milk and charged me extra when the drink already includes that! I get to the window and she hands me the wrong order. I tell her that is not mine and she snatches the bag! Ahe gives me my order and is mugging me as if I was wrong. Oh and the KICKER!! She gave me NO STRAW! I will NEVER come back to this location!

I love this place! It looks a little tired on the outside, so I wasn’t sure, but MAN, that was a GREAT glazed donut. I usually just sample the hot coffee (and my daughter gets flavored iced coffee) when we go on our Monday jaunts, but these Donuts looked too good to pass up, so we split one. AMAZING!

I absolutely ADORE this place. I am there at least 4x’s week. The place is clean & food is always fresh but…The service alone is always amazing! They make you feel welcomed. No matter the time of day or how extremely busy they can get. I’ve been there a few times when it just wasn’t a good day for me but they always seem to put a smile on my face just by being welcoming. I attached the video just to show how animated a simple greeting can get. Sometimes, just a good greeting can get you on track. In today’s world, I thank God for places like this particular Dunkin that makes me feel so very good daily with just a simple “Hey Keyyyy How you doinggg?” Thank you all for just being a good start to my day ♥️

I witness the guy at the window in his nose (disgusting) and afterwards handled my coffee and beg of food. I was so disgusted that I throw my food away. I wanted to throw my change away as well, but couldn’t part ways with it. The food and coffee was easy to toss. I will never return after experiencing that nasty moment . Good grief! I feel sick just talking about it.

Very friendly staff. They were very busy when I got there with my son but despite the high volume they were accommodating to an elderly couple and myself. Coffee was fresh and the donuts were not stale. Dining room was clean. If you plan on eating in there is very little parking so drive thru may be your best bet.

They never make my drinks how I order. It’s like they don’t bother to read how u want the drink. I ordered oatmilk got reg milk and the coffee tasted burnt. They always forget the whipped cream. They barely stir when you order a matcha. I’ve tried to give more than one try but it’s a fail everytime at this location!

Though the drive through us nice, this is the second time I’ve gone to this location and ordered the munchkins donuts. They are constantly old and not edible because they are so hard. I will not be going back there ever. Make sure you check you donuts freshness before leaving.
