Me and my buddy swung by here a couple weeks back—first time, but I figured I’d try it since it’s right off the road. Ordered a medium iced coffee and a bacon-egg-cheese bagel sandwich. Nothing wild, but it was solid—coffee wasn’t weak, bagel was warm, and they got it out fast even with the line.
Place looks clean, staff didn’t rush us off, parking was easy. It’s not some gourmet spot, but if you’re in Odenton or coming from Fort Meade, it’s fine for a quick fix

Whoever is the overnight person ,he needs to start work mornings or not being by himself… I made a mobile order 10 minutes before getting to the Dunkin’ Donuts. There was one customer ahead of me, but I still had to wait 11 minutes to get my coffee and once I got it it was half full….

Normally I get my things from Duncan, at about 4 o’clock in the morning for work. But yesterday I went at a normal time. Around 9 o’clock and they got my order wrong, which is very concerning. Because I ordered a signature caramel crave and they literally just gave me an iced coffee. I don’t know what’s going on with them. But during the day They just don’t get things right.

While the drive-thru is a little tight… that’s the only negative feedback I would have to say. The food was hot, and correct… And the customer service was super friendly and with a smile. Even at 0500 on a Saturday! Jessie Agrees too.

This store is so dysfunctional that’s all I’m going to say. If you want your ordered messed up order from this location. They do not secure delivery orders. They need to be closed down for all the stupidity and negligence they practice. I’m going to buy me a coffee maker. Also, they act like coffee creamer is crack and never put it in my bag. I have to literally beg for it.

We went to Dunkin Donuts in Odenton MD and had the most amazing server. He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and patient as well as professional. I asked his name before we left and he said his name was Jesse. We need more young people to follow his example.

I’ve had a lot of issues with this location. I live right around the corner but I avoid it at all costs. I always buy fresh pack pints and they’re called fresh pack because they’re supposed to be the same as what you’d purchase at a grocery store. They actually pack them and weigh them out at some locations. This location however… you’re lucky to get two scoops in a 5 dollar pint and it’s not worth the attitude you’d receive to have them fix it, honestly it probably still wouldn’t be done right. Seeing as how it’s this bad to begin with.

They love to lock the doors before their posted times.
Some of the employees have horrible attitudes. I’ve Only noticed this at night and it’s typically young girls/girl. Might only be the one person, hard to tell, but it’s happened often enough that I just avoid the place.
Fresh pack anything is a rip-off.
