It’s very disappointing how quickly this Dunkin donut went downhill. Grant you it seems like every fast food service around my town is that way. Every time I order a cup of coffee I expect it to taste exactly how I imagine it in my head..DELICIOUS! Somehow this Dunkin always seems to disappoint me. The coffee literally always taste like s**t. Every once in a while I might get lucky and it turns out decent. It’s seriously like gambling.The only nice thing about it is how close it is to my house.

Only gave it two stars because once a nice lady gave my dog a pup cup but other then that the food is terrible and my drinks are never right. I have learned my lesson. I stopped here today after 1 1/2 years hoping it got better and won’t ever make that mistake again.

It’s microwaved food with a detailed cooking guide. It shouldn’t be hard to make it perfect, every time. But apparently it is difficult. Drinks are always spot on, place is clean. Service is rushed and unfriendly.

This pathetic donut is the quality I’ve come to expect from this DD location. The sandwiches and wraps are thrown together poorly, and the donuts are tossed into a bag without care (in this case, the chocolate was stuck to the chocolate of another upside down donut on top of it). Certain drinks are mixed with the wrong ratio (Chai tea especially). Employees show no concern for the products produced. Highly do not recommend.

Horrible service! I asked for 2 dozen donuts assorted for office meetings. Went to put a dozen each in both offices and realized all they did was throw 3 of each donut in the box. That’s not assorted, that’s laziness! Stay away from this rip off place!

I was impressed with Amanda as well as drive thru attendants. I got an egg wrap which was not the greatest needless to say. My vanilla coffee was impressive thou which provided me with a wonderful experience. I also admired at the attentive of staff towards drive thru. I also admire of how clean the store was so much as well as much opened space there was in the store for those who are handicapped accessible too. I would definitely recommend this location above all others ❤️ ✨️

It’s unfortunate that I am typing this 1 star review, cause I’ve never had a problem, but now the last 5 times in a row, it’s like they don’t know how to make a latte or something and when I get a large, it’s always like 3/4 full. A latte shouldn’t taste like a black coffee. I just can’t do it anymore. Use to be my favorite one to stop at

We use the Drive thru usually and they are quick and very polite. We have no complaints other than sometimes the customers ahead aren’t prepared by having money ready or paying attention.
