I’m not sure why this order was wrong both times I went through the drive through. I ordered a sourdough sandwich with turkey sausage and white cheddar cheese. The first time I came through the drive through, I received bacon (that I can’t eat) and the second time through when I told them the order was wrong I got a sandwich with turkey sausage but no cheese and was cold. I’m not sure why this was even cold because I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes and there’s no way it got cold that quickly. Please make your food orders correctly- I’m so sick of this location either putting so much sugar in my drinks that I have to toss them out because they didn’t make it the way it was ordered or receiving food that’s not what I ordered.

I was down in Havre de Grace for the last few days on Vacation and everyone was very nice. The first day in the drive thru we ordered a lot of items so the patience was appreciated. Avid Dunkin Fan and this vacation di not change that.

I like coming here often and they usually get my order right but some people have bad attitudes here. Not sure what her name is but she worked march 21st in the morning at the drive thru. This isnt my first experience with her either, she always has that “i dont care attitude” and trys to rush you. Dont work fast food if you dont want to deal with people

I was doing a long drive and I needed some coffee to continue driving, so I just decided to stop at this location for coffee and donuts. The combination of coffee and donuts were perfect, it was a treat I don’t have donuts regularly. I highly recommend this location for coffee or donuts.

Stopped by to get our dogs a pup cup, they gave us extra special ones with pieces of bacon and a munchkin in it! Super nice and the dogs loved it! Will definitely be back

I do not go to Dunkin’ Donuts, yet today I was the one to go. Placed an order this morning all went well, until I asked a question “Are they marked so that I know which one is which”. The individual (108649 Nick) which is on my receipt responded with “Yes they are marked”, and I said thank you. Before I even was out the door, this rude, disrespectful individual comes out of her mouth with another response to her co-workers, “You are holding them, one’s hot and one is cold”. Not necessary to be disrespectful to a person in front of them or behind their back. You never know who that person is. Reviews can be written good or bad and today, I am writing a not so nice one. Be better, we all can be replaced and not promised tomorrow’s. Bad business. I will not be returning to this establishment.

We were driving from NJ to VA and thought of taking a coffee break at this location. The front door looked weird and we thought maybe they were doing drive through only but then we saw a customer inside so we decided to get inside to get coffee. The door was open so we went in. We waited for almost 10 minutes thinking employees were busy taking drive through orders. Then we found out that one of the girls employees was on a personal call even though the line outside was getting longer and longer. I requested her to take my order and she replied rudely that don’t you see we take drive through orders only? I was like you should have at least told us if you saw us waiting!! We didn’t know that they were doing drive through orders only. She was rude all the time and has no respect for customers. Not my daily road so I’m never going there again, but I spent 15 minutes just finding this location to review bad customer service. Very poor customer service. Rude girl employee.
