So me and my daughter go there a lot and have never had a issue until today, we always order on the dunkin app and pull up,tell them her name and pull around, We’ll this guy was pissed off and said to me,very rudely, The next time you order on the app,you have to do it 10 minutes before you pull up to the speaker, I don’t have anything ready!! Well that just set me off,I said a few choice 4 letter words and asked him to refund me,well that’s a hard thing to do, so I said I’ll wait for my food on the curb,a little past the window ,and he brought our food out and was sorta nice, but damn I’m spending money at your restaurant and you want to be ignorant!!! UGH!! That’s all!!

Would give zero stars if I could for the unsanitary that I just witnessed. Placed a mobile order and there must’ve been another mobile order for a different Shawn. They gave me the wrong drink I took it back in to get the right drink and I witnessed them hand the drink that I had already had in my possession and just hand it out the drive through window to the right person like it never even left the restaurant. Granted I didn’t do anything to the drink they are definitely not supposed to do that for health and safe

The food (breakfast sandwich) was burnt, like really burnt. I mean really, really burnt. They knew it was black and still wrapped it and put it in the to-go bag. There was no way they didn’t know, it was black. Burnt. I don’t know how this could even happen because I thought everything had a set time, so I don’t know what happened. Burnt. Black. Gross. Doughnuts were okay.

I’m not sure why this order was wrong both times I went through the drive through. I ordered a sourdough sandwich with turkey sausage and white cheddar cheese. The first time I came through the drive through, I received bacon (that I can’t eat) and the second time through when I told them the order was wrong I got a sandwich with turkey sausage but no cheese and was cold. I’m not sure why this was even cold because I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes and there’s no way it got cold that quickly. Please make your food orders correctly- I’m so sick of this location either putting so much sugar in my drinks that I have to toss them out because they didn’t make it the way it was ordered or receiving food that’s not what I ordered.

I was doing a long drive and I needed some coffee to continue driving, so I just decided to stop at this location for coffee and donuts. The combination of coffee and donuts were perfect, it was a treat I don’t have donuts regularly. I highly recommend this location for coffee or donuts.

Drive thru today didn’t take my offer off I told the guy taking the $ he did nothing another woman showed it didn’t take off ..I was then told I needed to come in to receive my $2 and I’m like why I waited in line just like everyone else no I won’t be back here and I used to visit this Dunkin every day and they got plenty of money from me…

I’m going to have to give this location 3 stars for two reasons. The 1st reason is that they make their coffee way too sweet and I know this may not be a huge deal, but their coffee needs more balance. I love a good dark roast with 2 creams and 1 sugar, you can’t just make a dark roast sweet. It takes away the flavor of the boldness of the flavor. Also I picked up an online order and waited to be greeted for 2-3 minutes. I saw an employee sitting on a couple of milk crates looking at her phone which I thought was off putting and really disappointed, while I waited to receive my order.T his The main catalyst for my 3 star review.The food overall is good and so is the atmosphere. I only recommend this location if you’re going to go through drive through.
