Ordered here today through the drive-through. My husband and I got two different drinks and the person combined our orders into two of the same drink with elements of what we both ordered. My husband tried to correct him and explain we wanted two different things and he was cut off by the drive-through employee and told we wanted two of the same drink. Really disappointed by the lack of customer service.

Last visit April2024, older woman was terribly rude to me in drive-thru. Since I did a mobile order I just pulled behind the last car and skipped the ordering booth. They were not busy. This cost her nothing, yet she stared down the lane & scowled the entire time. At the window I asked her why she was being mean, she cursed loudly in another language. This is the exact opposite of customer service. Terrible experience.
First visit in 2022 was terrible including punk teenager hanging up on me when I called about large iced coffee lids not fitting the cups causing spill in my car, but due to the convenience after time, I went back at a few dozen times into 2024.
But no more. The DD on Dorsey Run and Rt. 1 have never treated me like either of these situations.

If they don’t offer curbside service, they need to make modifications to the app. Today I ordered something and the employee told me that next time I should go to the drive-thru or order inside. It’s not my problem that the app has the curbside option.

I stopped by this morning cause I was craving French Crullers I ordered them from their drive true once I arrived and tried to grab the first one it felt like it was deep in water heavy and smooshed it was so heavy that I ended up with a little piece between my fingers to my surprise when I look at there was also a hair beside waiting my almost $3 I wasted my time waiting in line and my gas, you see both of my picture you can also compare the ones I got vs the fresh old French crullers they used to sell a very disappointed and disgusted customer.

Disappointed why my $6 deal not coming in box like they advertised. While other location they did. I order two of $6 deal and they put everything in one paper bag except two ice coffee .

Can’t even get ahold of anyone there by calling! The phone number doesn’t go to the store, it goes to someone’s cell phone and their voicemail is not set up! Can’t even follow an order correctly!

I guess I came during shift change, but the service was very poor. Food was cold, items were missing and staff wasn’t friendly at all. It felt like we were inconveniencing them by placing orders. Just overall bad experience.

I made a comment before and yall removed it. Order the correct amount of supplies, I ordered a medium coffee and they tried to give me a large cup of coffee filled halfway. I told the young girl, i didn’t trust taking that cup of coffee. What type of foolery is going on here. Take accountability and run this business correctly.

Ordered a smoothie with bananas and they were out of bananas so they gave me a donut no charge, didn’t even have to ask. So nice

Food was good hashbrowns had a nice crunch unlike some other locations where they are more soft and floppy. which was pleasant services where nice. the drive through was a bit strange first coming here its around the back of the building.
