Probably one of the worst Dunkin Donuts, waited 10 minutes to check out to buy a soda. There were three associates working, they all saw me, finally the guy said to me, in a few minutes to help customers who came in after me. Got the sausage and egg on a crescent roll, really no taste

When I came in nothing was in stock. They wouldn’t ring me up. Waited around like a buffoon for them to ring me up for a single bag of combos before walking out empty handed. Donuts are good hypothetically, but everyone I know complains they always are halfway to stale before they even get home.

I never believed I would give dunkin a bad review. But yesterday 8/25/2025 I had a very long drive at night and this Dunkin was the only one open in the whole area.
I came in at approximately 10:15 and I waited there for like 10 minutes (I took the screenshot when I was waiting outside) to see if there’s someone and there were clearly people I can see inside the store who totally ignored my knocks. The listed closing time is 11pm.
Next time adjust your hours so I don’t totally change my route to go to a closed place

Service is slow, I’ve had cashier’s walk off in the middle of me placing order. There’s a guy that go’s by the name of Marcus most mornings that always says something sexual about ever women walking in the door. If your stopping by with a female/ daughter/ girlfriend, keep them close by. I’ve seen this guy follow people out into the parking lot. I use to grab a seat & enjoy my beverage before hitting the road, but after I observe these interactions & this level of service several times, Ive gone back to Starbucks!.
