This Dunkin’ rocks. Easily my favorite one and I think the best one in Carroll County. They prepare orders fast, food is always good, drinks are always crack. They’re friendly and always greet me when I walk in. Nothing else to say, it’s awesome!

I went in through drive thru & asked them for a GRILLED CHEESE & a M Frozen Hot Chocolate. When I got the food & drink I got a Frozen Hot Chocolate with espresso shots in it ? I didn’t ask for that , I don’t even drink coffee so that whole drink went to waste & for the Grilled Cheese all I got was a bread on top of 2 slices of cheese. Nothing cooked nothing melted just a sandwich of cheese.. & this isn’t the first time they mess up my order. The only reason why I keep going back to them is because they are the only ones close to me , if there is a different one on my way to work in the mornings I would 10000% go to that one but unfortunately there isn’t.

This is without a doubt the worst Dunkin location in north Carroll. They are always rude at the speaker and window, speciality drinks are made inconsistently compared to every other Dunkin from here to Baltimore. Then, the kicker, they don’t even update their inventory of their donuts correctly. So don’t order online unless you want one of the 3 donut varieties they have that day. Complain and all you’ll get is a smirk and them telling you to call customer service.

Every other location is participating in free coffee for nurses today, but I was thoroughly disappointed that this location. I have had issues in the past with this location, but have overlooked them. This is the final straw. I just don’t get why they don’t participate.

I will never go to this Duncan Donuts again!! I pulled in to the drive thru 6:20pm, at the end of a long day, I waited and waited, and no one was there. Finally I pulled to the front and walked in. There was one guy working (I think) and he was on the phone. He was not nice at all, acted annoyed I was ordering a coffee. Never again will I go in here!!

I don’t get from this location much but when I do; My drinks are never mixed, so all the flavorings are sitting in the bottom. The coffee is either watered down or tastes like it’s been sitting for hours. The doughnuts are thrown in the bag face down so all the icing is stuck to the bag. I don’t know why i keep giving chances and wasting my money.
