Probably the WORST Dunkin. Actually by far the worst Dunkin location. Upcharges, and they ALWAYS get your order wrong. You have to clarify the simplest things like putting liquid sugar in cold drinks which is something they should already know. I have literally never had a good experience with these people the only reason why l had to go here was because my job is like 3 mins away. Never again will l be supporting this location. Not until they hire a whole new staff and I’d recommend you guys not to. I remember they made my drink wrong and l asked them to fix it and they told me they had to charge me for both cause they already made the drink. I asked for a manager and that’s when they said they wouldn’t charge me. I have never written a bad review and now I’m 10 mins late to work and l don’t care because that’s how much l don’t like this location. I feel like l just wasted my money on this nasty tasteless drink that l spent $5 on. It’s ridiculous

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been too. They are rude and not personable. Also, they will scan the app in their phone so they can get the points for your order. I have had it happen to me twice now. I didn’t realize it the first time, but the second time I watched them do it. I would go for convenience, but from here on out I will not be going there. Honestly, I may just be done with Dunkin altogether. I do not understand how the people there could get away with being as rude and steal from their customers. Never again!!!

For me this is truly the worst Dunkin you could go to. The workers are obviously i ordered 3 ice coffees and 2 avocado toast $25 and some change. I was handed 2 cups with spilled coffee on the outside and was told to have a nice day. We’ll no could I have napkins to wipe my drinks off and the rest of my order. I just paid $25. I’m met with an eye roll. So now I’m handed my third drink and told to have a nice day once again. Do you need the recipe? This is what I’m feeling at this point another lady comes over i told her I needed my toast please. I’m handed a bag, I pull off and pull over check the food. I wish I took pictures before I toss it out, it looked as if they closed their eyes and made it. Bacon tasted old and looked as it was the bits that feel to the bottom of the oven. This order was for my children before they went to school. This was the slowest and most disrespectful place I’ve encountered in a long time. If you have the time please visit the Dunkin further up B&A @ Burwood shopping center.

I legit order from here almost every morning and its seem like y’all have a bit of a straw shortage or something because I NEVER get a dang straw… y’all shove my food in the bag like its nothing… cant y’all stick a straw in there also? I choose to get my breakfast and coffee from here everyday trying to be a loyal customer.. I hated even making a review but dang it now its been almost a week straight of not receiving a single straw.. yes its a trivial thing but it matters when it keeps happening… get it together please and thank you.

My boyfriend and I drove 3 hours and stopped here for breakfast. Ordered thru the app for a drive thru order. I submitted the order twice on accident. My boyfriend was charged twice for $23.49. We get to the window they said they didn’t receive the order. And claimed we had to call customer service. Called customer service and support 3 times and the line was closed. I showed all the workers the order on my phone and the payments that went through and they excepted us to leave the drive thru just because they had a long line but didn’t want to fix the issue. Didn’t want to issue a refund or filled our order until we argued and made it clear that we wasn’t leaving the drive thru with out one or the other. Order was filled 10mins later

My daughter wanted to treat me to a donut and coffee. She placed the order on her app and went in to pick it up and was ignored. It was like they looked at an 18-year-old person and didn’t feel the need to talk to her about her order.. she waited for 5 minutes
Finally someone acknowledged her and then they couldn’t find the order in the app even though she showed them her app, they threw the order together placing my Boston cream donut in a bag face down so that the chocolate smeared all over the bag..
Definitely will be returning to Krispy Kreme in the future. This service is just not worth it

If I could give this Dunkin Donuts zero stars, I absolutely would! This is probably the WORST Dunkin that is functioning! Every single worker stares at you, doesn’t acknowledge you, will serve every single customer before they even speak to you about your mobile order. Once I finally asked if someone could help with my mobile order, one person asked my name, I was passed on to another person, then to another person all as everyone else that ordered in the drive thru and online got helped.
Moral of the story. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU! Also they never ever cook their bacon properly. Everyone has attitudes and can never make coffee consistent.
