They treat customers horribly.
l used to go there regularly, but I stopped a few weeks ago. I always ordered an almond milk cappuccino. Every time, they served it with the cup half empty. I understand how foam works, but it would disappear within seconds, and the cup would remain half empty. I’m paying full price, plus extra for almond milk—so the cup should be full.
For context, I used to work at Dunkin’ myself.
We used to press the “1+ extra milk” option to make sure the foam matched the size of the cup. I asked a couple of times for my cup to be filled properly. The woman at the front was nice, but it took 5-10 minutes each time, which is a waste of my time.
That’s why I stopped going to this location— until today, when I had no other choice.

Unfortunately, the experience was even worse. One woman was extremely rude and behaved in an unprofessional manner, arguing with us about the foam. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse for treating customers poorly.
Another staff member joined the conversation and suggested we speak with the manager.
However, we don’t have 15-20 minutes to spare in the morning to argue or let someone ruin the start of our day. Also if they don’t want to fill up cups full then quit your business but don’t treat customers according to your mood
I will definitely not return to this location.

I ask for small cappuccino they filled half cup today and when i ask them they were saying because of the steam they can not full the cup and this was not the first time they did this. Before that i asked for medium cappuccino they fill just like the small cup…it is completely stealing by charging more money and giving less.
Another location if we asked to fill full, they always full the cup.
Sorry i wont returning here anymore. Weekly i spending 40/50 $ here but not anymore

I am a Dunkin regular and normally order the same thing at every location and it always comes out the same way. Iced coffee, 2 creams, 1 sugar, 1 caramel. When I received my iced coffee from this location, it’s like the coffee was watered down or something because it didn’t taste like coffee at all and it was like 90% cream. I normally never do this, but it was that bad that I had to ask them to remake it-which they very kindly did. They asked if I wanted it with only 1 cream that time and I said sure even though I always get 2 creams and never have this issue. The second coffee came out the exact same way. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but something is off with their iced coffee. I unfortunately will not be returning.

On several occassions I had to get out of the drive-thru line to wait on my order even after placing the order through the app. Today, after only ordering an iced coffee, I still had to “pull to the front” for someone to bring out my order. There was another car in front of me also waiting in the “front”. Not sure why this continues to occur on almost every visit.

I hate to do this because I love Dunkin Donuts, but this place is not good. Super slow service, coffee was not done correct on multiple occasions… how do you mess up coffee? I’d run to the other Dunkin on route 3 over this location 10 times out of 10

Just went to this new store for breakfast. Great experience. These young people were raised with great parents. They were fantastic. So happy, so helpful, so kind, so polite! Highly recommend!
