Today February 23, 2026 at 1150am I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee with 2 strawberry frosted donuts and when I got the drink the cup burst from underneath and spilled all over my car. They replaced the drink but who is going to be responsible for getting my car cleaned? After multiple attempts trying to call corporate to get the issue resolved, there has been no response.

I was having an absolutely horrible day and I needed a little sweet treat. I get out of my car and as I’m walking there, thr door is held open for me. I can barely say thank you before this absolutely heaven sent worker compliments my boots. I have never felt such immediate positive aura and wonderful energy. I felt like I was truly appreciated and all I was doing was ordering donuts. This was the exact experience I needed and honestly I’m probably gonna be thinking about this for the next few weeks. Thank you for being kind to someone who needed it.

Breakfast food tastes like industrial cleaner as does alot of Dunkin’s in the area. Donuts and Coffee are fine. Avoid the sandwiches and tots.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Christian at Dunkin’ Donuts! I come to this location at least twice a day, every day, and he always goes above and beyond. He’s so kind, positive, and truly makes a difference with his great attitude and customer service.
For a long time, I actually stopped coming here because some of the old employees were rude and made the experience unpleasant. I used to drive an extra 5–10 minutes out of my way multiple times a day just to avoid it. But since the new staff came in — especially Christian — it’s been a complete turnaround.
Thank you for hiring people who care and take pride in their work. Christian is definitely one of the best, and he’s a big reason I’m a loyal customer again! ☕️

Made an online order food burnt spoke to a manager no refund or anything he told me he would call back or another manager would which didn’t happen then I call back the next day and the store has no manager in store idk what kind of business they are running but its terrible

This location service is HORRIBLE! Why do we have to wait so long in the drive through to get coffee. Got to the window after waiting 10-15 mins to see that they haven’t prepared ANY of my food!! Give me my latte cold when I asked for it HOT! The absolute worse! Last time coming through here!

Coffee tastes great, HOWEVER I ordered the snack and bacon it comes in 8 pieces I thought I had 8 pieces because they stuck one small bag inside of another small bag making them seem much bigger when I opened it there were 3 pieces and a partial as seen in my photos and the bacon and the bag were both drenched in cold fat…. I tried to call the store no one will answer
