In brief, the people running this particular franchise reminds me of the Chinese adage :
“Man without smiling face should not open shop.”
Definitely not visiting this particular location anytime soon.

Very busy Dunkin, no drive thru, but they get the job done quickly regardless. The line was to the door when I went and they had me out with a decent order in 10 minutes. The employees were fast and courteous, very professional. Look forward to stopping in again!

I was in the drive through and ordered. After I ordered my wife called and asked me to get her something too. When I got to the window I asked if I could add something to my order. They said “No.” That’s very poor. There was no one behind me in line and very few people in the store. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I went to Dunkin today. And I noticed how hard the staff is working. A lot of places are very understaffed right now and overwhelmed. Every time I go to this Duncan the manager always smiles and greets me. These people are working very hard to be patient with them love this Duncan location.

My favorite Dunkin to go to. Friendly staff. Good coffee. Quick service. Some employees even know my name and order! My only complaint is sometime they don’t have stuff that is on the app. I appreciate you guys!

I keep trying to like Dunkin coffee but it never gets better. If you get just plain black coffee it’s bearable. All the syrups are gross with a terrible after taste. I don’t know how people use them. The staff are nice but I wouldn’t say they are friendly. I never exactly feel welcomed when I walk in. Also the prices are pretty close to Starbucks prices these days. For the 30 cents extra I would rather go somewhere more pleasant.

Over the years I’ve had 3 or 4 issues with the app. Each time, I had a free item but got charged when I submitted my order. Each time, I dealt with the same worker. Not once did she made me feel like she wanted to fix the issue. Just told me to call the company and did so with an attitude. Even then, she’s never provided the number. In general, the staff is awesome. The woman manager with long hair and glasses is the only bad apple.

It was such fast service. They had me in and out in seconds. The doughnuts were the best Dunkin’ I have ever had.
I just had an issue with talking to the woman. She didn’t seem to speak English. So it was a little awkward trying to tell her what I wanted.

Look, a Dunkin’ Donuts is a Dunkin’ Donuts; the coffee and donuts are all the same wherever you go. But I really like the staff here–they are so friendly! And they are FAST. I swear I’ve never spent more than 5 minutes at this location, including when they’re packed with customers. One time, I dropped my coffee in the parking lot and I went back in and they just refilled it for me for free.

Congratulations on your shiny new location just around the block! Everyone there is very nice! Food is great! But ya gotta find the person responsible for forgetting to include the word “Donuts” on your building. Gotta have “donuts” on there! Forget this weird “branding” stuff. Donuts!
