My brother and I both got iced coffees and had to pay extra to get the ice removed. But instead of filling the rest with coffee, the filled it with water. It tasted terrible and super watered down. On top of this my croissant sandwich was burnt. We called back to complain multiple times but they didn’t answer once. Terrible experience and probably never going back.

They have a 6 ft long shelf for mobile pre-orders but I don’t know why. They like to keep the orders behind the counter while all the girls gather by the drive thru window chit chatting.
So I have to watch numerous people walk in, order, and get their food/drink before me, while I stare at my order behind the counter just begging to be given away.
The lady who runs this place needs a lesson on how PRE ORDERS work.

Really? This was my first time at this location because my kid had a soccer game right around the corner. I always go to the location closer to me but I was short on time so had to go after the game. This is how I was handed my cookie butter cold brew that tasted like plain cold brew with cream. It definitely was not cookie butter. My turkey sausage egg and cheese sourdough sandwich was also terribly made. I’ll never go back to this location in a pinch. Didn’t even get a hello at the window.

First time here needed a refresher they made it better then I ever got at any Dunkin the staff is very nice and friendly the place is clean they move fast definitely coming back they also have ice cream so go check it out

Loved walking there from our sister-in-law’s house. I had the pistachio waffle cone, marvelously delicious. We sat by the comfy chairs, kind of couch like, took our time, then got coffee and boston creme donut. It was the afternoon, but all was super fresh. Note: they do NOT have that little ‘skirt’ to hold the paper cup, even if the coffee is too hot to hold. I miss those old termic cups! Oh please get some cute skirts done with cool season themes, colors, phrases, etc… we deserve that!

I should have checked their ratings before ordering a cake. The cake was awful. The charter was missing an eye and the message was missing. Had to go back in and have it fixed. The mouth fell off in transport. The frosting looks old and faded. The type of cake and ice cream was wrong as well. If you cannot fulfill this part of your business don’t do it.
