I ordered there earlier. I was given the flavor swirl instead instead of the shot I ordered. No big deal. Simple mistake. I can’t have dairy so I let them know sorry this was supposed to be the shot and they remade it. The order was a regular hot coffee with oat milk and the new coffee they gave me was nearly white (nondairy milk doesn’t make the coffee that light) and with a bunch of foam on top. When I went back in they told me this was what I ordered and it’s supposed to look like that. It clearly wasn’t dairy free and I literally had to go in , order and pay for a new one to get the right coffee. They literally lied about the last coffee being correct, and the new coffee I had to pay for looked completely different than the one they said was correct. The new one had no foam (because a regular coffee doesn’t have that) and was significantly darker (as it’s supposed to be) . I gave away the wrong one that I had to pay for because they refused to make it correctly and the person agreed it was clearly dairy and said it was a distinct combination and it tasted like banana, so idk what they even gave me, but lying to my face and refusing to correct their mistake is ridiculous. I’m allergic to dairy and informed them of it and it’s really disgusting to play with someone’s health like this. This was such a long drawn out ordeal for no reason

On the way home from working overnight, my wife ordered 25 Honey Glazed Munchkins & 25 Blueberry Munchkins from the DD in Arnold, to surprise our 3 young children this morning. Way to go, Mom!
Got home to find 2 boxes (25 ct, each) filled with assorted Chocolate, Powdered, and Jelly-filled Munchkins, with a few Honey Glazed Munchkins. Not one Blueberry Munchkin.
Seeing as how none of us actually like any of the Munchkins we recieved, other than the few Honey Glazed, the $10 spent on the order feels as good as wasted, if not stolen. Neither one of us ever thought we’d ever have to check our order before leaving a Dunkin Donuts. Lesson learned.

The morning crew Monday-Saturday is amazing always quick and kind- the afternoon crew and Sunday crew is awful! They are beyond slow and never seem to get the orders right. When they screw up they never apologize or anything they just rush you away- very upsetting with the afternoon crew. However as I mentioned the morning crew is fantastic!!!!

$3.38 for a hot brown water! I know better than to leave any dunkin without checking the quality of my drink so this one’s on me but I’m still disappointed. As a customer I shouldn’t be in charge of quality control.

Come here quite frequently as we are locals. Fast and efficient drive through service, but the inside is always a mess when I bring my kids in for a donut or two. Can’t even sit at a table without having to wipe it down myself. How hard is it to have the employees clean the tables more than once a shift??

Very clean place and in a great location. Wonderful staff. I used my coupon no problem. The lady was very delightful taking my order and checking me out. The place was very clean and I felt very safe there. The bathroom was very clean the coffee was excellent and I always love a donut. I’ll probably always be a dunkin’ donuts girl thank you guys so much for being awesome
