I visit Dunkin at least once of month because of my AMEX rewards. This is the second location to give me Boston Creme donuts that look like this. I understand that they might be too fresh to sell and they need to cool down. If told, i would have opted for something like else. I didn’t even receive napkins. Its only $4 dollars but over charging for some little donuts that look like this… This ice coffee was fine though

Hi, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to the drive-thru. The team member who took my order said, “Welcome to Dunkin, what can I get for you?” While I understand they may be trying to be efficient, it came off a bit abrupt. A more courteous greeting like “Welcome to Dunkin, how may I help you?” would create a more welcoming experience. Just wanted to point this out in case customer service training is being reviewed. Thank you!

This Dunkin’s service is absolutely terrible. I’ve mobile ordered from here 2 times, and my order has not been ready on time once. Yesterday, I had my order set for pick up at 6:30am. I got there at 6:35am and they hadn’t even started my order! I got a dozen donuts, and 10 munchkins. They weren’t even working on it when I got there. They were prioritizing their in-store clients. A group of 4 walked in while I was there, ordered at the front, and left before my order was even started. There was a gentlemen who had been there waiting for his mobile order of donuts before I even got there, and they hadn’t started his order. I waited patiently giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were super busy, but that they knew I was waiting. They didn’t even ask me what I was there for. The gentlemen who had been waiting longer that I had, had to interrupt and say that he’s still waiting on his donuts. Then I said I am as well. This was at 6:37. It took them a couple minutes to even start our orders. I left there at 6:40 with my order. They had no excuse and did not apologize. I was severely disappointed with the service here. Absolutely absurd. I’ll give it one more chance, but after that, I will not be returning.

At the drive thru we were greeted with a “ Waite a minute” which turn into a few minutes. When we said “hello?” The person replied “I said to wait a minute”!!!
Wow wait a way to get rid of the customer.
We had to leave with out a coffee. We will not comeback for sure.

Don’t come here! If you’re around or in the area there is a Dunkin 1mile away from here who serves better customer service.
I live just right next to Dunkin literally a walking distance. Been here plenty of times but every visit is horrible. I just had a experience again at the drive-thru with my kids they wanted donuts. I had only $50 with me didn’t bring my phone or cards. The lady at the drive thru (blonde/blackish hair) was so rude telling me repeatedly they don’t accept large bills. I asked for a put up sign so people know but again rude about it saying “well i dont put up signs” she could have handled it better knowing she’s doing customer service. I would understand and come back since i live right next to it. I’ve been to many stores where they have a sign so people are aware. How can this store just opened and already have a bad reviews? From now on I wouldnt mind driving 1mile for a better experience.

This is a friendly local dunkin’ donuts They are always super sweet to me, and the area is ALWAYS clean. You can smell the bleach upon entering! They always have fresh donuts and pastries in stock, and I love the mini donut balls there for my kids and I to share. It’s so affordable for a mum of two! The space is limited for seating. Maybe about 6 people can eat and rest at one time. It doesn’t get much crowded, so it won’t be an issue most days. During the holidays and school days off, expect it to be packed. Remember, they make fresh and delicious food, so it is worth the wait. !
