I always go through the drive thru and the staff are always so rude. Went in today for a $6 meal & did not even get bacon in my sandwich after ordering a bacon egg & chz on a croissant! Unbelievable

ROACHESSSSSSS!!!!
Y’all on my mama I seen a roach in here…. I walked up to order my food and mid sentence the roach popped up from the counter like it was the manager checking in on the employee taking my order… I seen it the lady employee seen it to but she tried to play it off I got my money back with no issues so that’s good ig…. I tried to take a picture but it ran somewhere it probably had to take a order in drive thru I thought about just eating the food but I got 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants and I believe there could’ve been a French roach sleeping up under one of the flakes using it as a blanket…. I AINT LYING YALL YALL HAVE BEEN WARNED

Who ever did this needs a new job because for almost a 4$ bagel it should be toasted and at least spread with cream cheese instead of just being slapped on. For some reason it just keeps getting worse at that location when it comes to the food. People are friendly but when it comes to serving the food as it should it’s questionable. Go to another location fyi

They should check this location is so bad. Service and food it’s different from another locations. No ketchup. It’s like drink you soda without straw. So bad. Bacon avocado toast. They just add little of bacon so bad. Don’t come here.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hot beverage on doordash pickup six minutes from where I was and it was lukewarm. I went inside and saw more people behind the counter than in the store 9am. The way they were talking to each other was how I see some McDonalds staff taking with each other, loud, disorganized and on top of each other. That’s all it took for me.
I can promise you. Never again. And no, I will not write an additional follow up so management will have to find a way to account for all their reviews because I will not waste any more time on any company that can’t do the one thing they’re supposed to be in business for.

Speedy order pick up, the environment was clean, and the workers (especially the young adults) were doing a great job considering how busy this location was. I love you Dunkin ❤️

Review for Dunkin’ Donuts – August 5, 2025 at 2:15 PMAbsolutely unacceptable experience today. I ordered a special cake for my son, and not only did Dunkin’ Donuts completely mess up the order, but when I tried to speak with a manager to fix it, she was contacted by phone—and instead of helping me or taking the situation seriously, she immediately took the staff’s side without listening to my concerns.
To make things even worse, the employees behind the counter began speaking in Spanish and laughing, clearly mocking me. I don’t understand Spanish, and that’s exactly why they used it—to speak against me, thinking I wouldn’t notice. That kind of behavior is disrespectful and cowardly. I used to really like Dunkin’ Donuts, but after today, they made me hate it. The way I was treated—as a customer and as a parent—was beyond disrespectful. There was no apology, no accountability, and absolutely no professionalism. I will never order from this location again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before doing so. A business that allows its staff to mock customers and mishandle orders doesn’t deserve your money or trust.
