The best Dunkin’ in Wheaton! Not only is the place spacious, clean, service is great (recommend pre-ordering to make your life easier). Best of all, parking is easy. They also have ice cream too!!

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Dunkin’ today. I just came in and tried to make an order at 3:15pm . The two ladies working told me to go to the kiosk with no customers in line. The two ladies then proceed to say racist comments to me. I was so shocked and confused on why I am being treated this way. The two female employees working during my visit were unprofessional from the moment I walked in. They acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience, barely acknowledged me, and seemed more interested in talking to each other than doing their jobs.
My drink was thrown together sloppily, and the overall experience was honestly frustrating.
Management really needs to address customer service here because this level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I won’t be returning until improvements are made.
