I guess if you come often it’s easy to know which entrance is the parking lot vs drive through, but definitely mixed them up for the first time. It’s confusing because the drive through and parking lot are technically separated. For others- the first entrance is the parking lot and the second is drive through.
Average Dunkin experience, it’s paired with a Baskin Robins so I guess there’s that. Just got donuts so service was pretty fast.
Seating feels sort of odd. High top tables, a lounge…not really great for groups more than 3 or 4.
It was very clean inside though.

My drinks were so refreshing. I will definely go back for more mango pineapple with sparkling water it was really a new taste and different energy. Loved it. It was also pretty fast Employees were polite and friendly.

Ordered the $6 meal deal (med coffee, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich bagel and hash browns) for breakfast while at the nearby high school for a school event.
Hash browns: Soft and soggy but at least it was tasty albeit a little over done with the salt.
Bagel: where’s the bacon? There’s only a small strip that doesn’t resemble what’s depicted on the photos on their app, website or signs in the store.
Coffee: Watered down and tasteless.
Overall, a disappointment.

They have a wonderful customer service. I remember when I came in the store to pick up my food everyone was friendly and they had my order ready, so I will definitely go back.

Try to avoid this location. In the drive through, employees are more focused on hitting timeliness metrics than actual customer service- asking customers to move to a parking spot to wait so the window clock doesn’t exceed their limit… even if there are no other cars behind you. Which then means you’re going through the drive through twice or holding up traffic on a busy road. Also often out of inventory and don’t make supply adjustments to have popular drinks in stock. Not worth the headache when there are other nearby locations.

I came inside this establishment around 11:50am, I first approach the registered waiting to place an order. At least 4 staff members had their backs turn. I waited at least 3 mins…no one has yet to acknowledge me. I decided to use the restroom and after I was finish, I approach the register, waiting to place an order…no one acknowledge, so I ask who’s the cashier no one responded, the staff member at the window said one sec…I left and came back I obeserve one of the staff members who had her back turn and didn’t say anything the first time, taking an order from another customer. I spoke with the Manager Patricia expressed my disappointment, she wanted to take my order but i refused and I’m going take this up to corporate Because that’s unacceptable and I am mail carrier that has a tight schedule. #DoBetter

The atmosphere was great, it was clean and tidy, and the employees were very kind and helpful in helping me choose what to order. I enjoyed my time there, and the bonus was the cheerful and uplifting music they were playing. Thank you very much, I’ll be back soon.

NEVER go to this location. For 2 times now, I have been left waiting for food for 20 minutes, for no reason. Not busy, they’re working, just leaving people waiting. Today, it was clear they forgot about the cars they asked to wait aside, and I asked for a refund. They gave me a refund and threw my food in the trash. The food i waited almost 20 mins for i never got to eat. The worst location. The sad part is that my order was the only order sitting on the shelf. There were other cars waiting outside and their food wasn’t ready. This is microwaved food. It does not take 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich. Just poor customer service.

It’s one of the nicer Dunkins on the inside, but something is off with the Cold Brew. I’ve had cold brew at probably 20 different Dunkin locations in my life – but only this location has cold brew that tastes rancid, almost like cleaning fluid. It’s been that way for two years despite multiple messages to management about it (yes, I’m a fool to keep trying it every 6 months when the kids want a donut). Never again.
