You’ll never catch me leaving such a good review about Dunkin anywhere else, the manager is out here doing the Lord’s work keeping all of us caffeine addicted hooligans alive. Any day I see him, I know my coffee will be perfect. No burnt coffee, no wrong order, made with a smile every time, and never has me waiting. If every manager was trained as well as he is, and ran their store as well as he does, it’s spent a lot more money at Dunkin. Shame I don’t live by this branch anymore, but any excuse to stop by for morning coffee.

It was a decent DD until I picked up a mobile order where my munchkins were completely missing and my Bagel Bites had mold in them. As a restaurant, you have the ability to refund the order it’s not complicated. I was offered a replacement but why would anyone want that when the food has MOLD!? Unbelievable. Proceed with caution…

It’s busy little place. Good selections, more choices of donuts here. We got a dozen of donuts and a box of coffee for $41. Good customer service but the donuts were not that fresh.

The young man with the visor, dark eyes and dark hair was very kind today. He was quick to accommodate my requests and was very friendly. The hibiscus tea was on point today. This young man, with very interesting eyes, is the highlight of my day if my job brings me in this part of the town. I love Kensington and this guy is amazing. I appreciate superb customer service in Montgomery county because that is a rarity. Kudos my friend, keep up the good work.

On very busy days, there are usually only 2 people working, which is unfortunate, but it does not excuse the rude and hostility towards customers. It’s a fear when needing a cup holder, they tend to be extremely upset you do not reach over the counter to grab it yourself and even worse when you politely ask if it’s ok to grab one (response tends to be grabbing the entire pile and half slamming half quick throw towards the customer with unpleasant words). The one who I think is the MOD rolls her eyes or simply ignores the poor actions of her workers. Disappointing. But food and how the make the coffee is very good.

Very packed (understandable) and only 2 people working. Fairly fast service but they don’t greet you or even acknowledge that you’re there aside from taking your order (without any kind of greeting) and then yelling your name/number when your order is ready. They always make my order correctly and get it out quickly, so I can’t really complain about much other than the fact that they hardly even look at customers. The inside isn’t a very comfortable area to eat, I always order on the app for pick up and try not to be inside too long. I’m not sure why it feels so uncomfortable to me, maybe the fung shui lol. I don’t think it’s the employees’ fault, it just has an uncomfortable atmosphere all around, weather it’s packed full of customers or I’m the only one there, it always feels the same.

What upset and disheartened me the most is that employee did not take into consideration their behavior in the presence of a MINOR, which leads me to believe that they would disrespect an elder, disabled person, or ANY human being.
To the OWNER and/or mananger of the gasoline station and DUNKIN Donuts, is this type of behavior acceptable in accordance to the company’s VISION?
Please, train your employees to be respectful and professional when they interact with customers.

Honestly I just happened to stop here one morning mostly for convenience store items after routinely driving by for the last year assuming it was one of the Self Serve Quick Stop Dunkin set ups. I must say that I was impressed. The employees aren’t super chatty (AND THANK GOD FOR THAT!) because they’re getting your order right the first time and getting you back out into rush hour traffic as quickly as possible. I also noticed that they absolutely know their regular customers and in a very short time stopped asking me if I’d like sugar in my iced coffee since the answer is always no. “With cream and whip cream on top, right?” Only daily coffee drinkers will understand how this warms your heart. I have to say the only thing that makes me sad is this location doesn’t have a drive thru. This is the reason they don’t see me often but there are a total of 3 in a 2 mile radius and this is the only one I go to within that distance.
