I don’t even know where to begin. The customer service is mediocre at best and the quality of the food they serve is questionable and so is their common sense. I’m not sure why on earth you would still serve something cold AND burnt but that’s what they did. I called and spoke to the manager, who said he would refund my order (still waiting for it) and encouraged me to come back for a “free order”. Against my better judgement, I actually returned only to have to deal with a rude male employee taking my order and a “broken” espresso machine. The amount of times that thing is either out of order or being cleaned is nuts. I would rather drive to Germantown or Mount Airy, if I really want anything from a DD.

The worst Dunkin in the area. I don’t know how many times I’ve ordered no cheese on my sandwiches and gotten cheese on it. Like how hard is it? Slowest drive through ever and crappy parking.

It’s Dunkin, got coffee and croissants to go. The croissants were actually very good and the coffee. Watch your road directions if using GPS it wanted to take me in the wrong way. Other than that it was all good.

Most mismanaged Dunkin I have ever been to. Waited 20 minutes in line at the drive in and never moved forward. Left to go elsewhere. Constant issues with my Dunkin points program at this store only. Called the 800 corporate # ,they said that they were aware but had not been able to fix the problem. 7-11 gives points on purchases.

They always get my order right and I love the staff there! Adding to my previous review…the last 5 years I have been getting large orders for our Montgomery County Fire Golf Tournament. I have never said what my order is for though. Every year I have shown up to pick up my order and it is hot and ready with plenty of cups, cream and sugar of all kinds. This year I ordered 8 dozen mixed donuts, 7 dozen bagels and 4 boxex of Joe.. All my guys said how fresh every thing was ☺️ I’m an every day drive through customer also ❤️

The worst experience. The employees were rude both times i visited. Our got sandwiches were cold with cheese that didn’t even begin to melt. The croissant seemed old. Whether it was fresh or old it was terrible. We spoke to the cashier who seemed aggravated. She said it wasn’t possible for our sandwiches to be cold. She made us new ones. They were VERY very hot and disgusting. It’s just their quality of food and service I suppose. On another visit.. The employee got very frustrated with me for asking why they weren’t selling donuts on that particular day, just coffee. Stupid me for wondering why Dunkin didn’t have !

I went to DD twice in a row to get myself a strawberry latte I don’t remember it’s name but I really wanted it and it would’ve been my first time trying it. But the first time I went with my Dad they said that they didn’t have any of that drink I wanted so I completely understood and we left. The next day we came back and they said the same thing and I had to get an other drink. My brother came and he wanted to get a nice cool ice cream with decorations of a little cute monster but they said they didn’t have any‼️ Are the employees just too lazy to make them ??

Just wanted give a shout out to this location! I’ve been to many a Dunkin Donuts living all over the Northeast. This location has the best customer service and they are quick! I drive out of my way to go here because I know I can rely on fast and friendly service when I’m in a rush. They helped me get a ton of donuts together for my child’s classroom in seconds today.
