Stopped by in the morning I was the first in line. There were about 5 people and not one addressed me. They looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant. Manager came out the back on his personal phone call and not addressing anyone as well knowing there is a whole line at this point behind me. Horrible service. Will not be coming back here. Starbucks nest door it is.

They always try to overcharge at this location trying to make the $6 meal deal into all seperate transactions and charge $2-4 more. Tables always dirty whether you come at opening /closing including throughout the day

I visited your Dunkin’ location
15640 Old Columbia Pike, Burtonsville, MD
7/20/25 around 10:58- 11AM . I ordered a cold brew and sourdough sandwich. Not only did the sandwich appear visibly burnt and low quality, but the cold brew had a strange aftertaste — almost like oil or chemical residue.

Within 30 minutes of consumption, I began experiencing symptoms including nausea and stomach issues. I now suspect either improper food handling or contamination.

What added to my concern was the behavior of the staff. Multiple workers were standing behind the counter smirking as I placed my order. The energy was uncomfortable and dismissive.

I have a bank statement confirming the purchase and will be filing a report with the local health department if this isn’t properly addressed.

I expected better from a national chain. Please advise on next steps for investigation and accountability.

I purchased a caramel cappuccino 2 days in a row. This morning I had a moment to meet the guy making the coffee and I thanked him. All my friends know that I am particular about my espresso. My cappuccino yesterday and today was delicious and consistent.

If you’re on 95, do not expect to find this Dunkin’ Donuts at the exit. I would say it’s probably at least 3-5 miles from the exit. Also, it’s in a very congested area.I couldn’t see how the traffic could be bad here.

I think this Dunkin has developed a racism problem. Two days in a row at the drive thru, no service. They literally gave my food to someone else, who had been waiting, and then asked me to wait for a few minutes. I asked for a refund, because that’s just ridiculous. I stopped by the drive thru the next day, placed my order and no one came to the window. I sat there for five minutes, and no one even acknowledged me. I saw a person through the window at the front register and they didn’t even look up, so I left. I’ve never had this happen anywhere, but I’m glad it did, because you never know what people will do to your food…

Ridiculous service
They need to train there employees
The sign said 2.99 and the charged me 3.79
Yet when I went to question it the girl behind the counter quickly took the sign down and said she should have taken the sign down.
I was like well yeah yet you still over charged me.
She was rude and awful service.
What part of this does not make sense?
So you over charge someone when they question it you quickly remove the sale sign and be like that’s not valid? Huh?

I’ve brought my special Ed class to this location many times in the past with no issues. Today, I had a question about the free donut rewards and the manager came over to answer. She was extremely rude and basically called me a liar from what I told her that we have gotten in the past at this location. The employee apologized for the manager’s rudeness because it was blatant. Not a good experience today. That manager needs to work on treating others with kindness or she needs to be fired.
