Worst experience ever. I ordered for a pick up 10 mins before and then waited another 10 minutes at the drive thru before anyone even came up to the window…the guy didn’t even know there was a pick up order. I had to wait again in order for him to make it. Ridiculous…how do you not know there was an online order. As I was leaving I looked behind me and there were 6 cars in the drive thru waiting. I peeked to see if any customers were inside, but it was completely empty. Now I don’t know what was going on, but clearly the employees are a bunch of kids that weren’t doing anything and not paying attention. Never coming back here again. Do not even waste your time here.

This is a pretty good Dunkin Donuts in comparison to other locations in the area. The store has a few tables for actually sitting down if you want. They are always well staffed with employees who are polite and responsive. They are on top of the “On The Go Ordering” with the app. Have always been impressed with that. Big downside to this location though is that it is slammed with customers at peak times and simply does not have the staffing or space capacity to handle it quickly and efficiently. I don’t blame this on the store itself, just the specific building size it is in. The store could easily stand to be doubled in physical size and doubled in staffing at peak times to accommodate the demand. The drive through line on some days is beyond long and not even worth waiting for. If I don’t use the on the go ordering through the app I just don’t go at peak times.

Location off Baltimore Washington near Taco Bell and Royal Farms. Often missing things. Wrong cups available. Once manager was reluctant to fix a mistake and told me this time she’ll fix it. I simply asked for my sandwich to be cut in half so that I may share it with my son. I was not returning home to have access to a butter knife.

I drove out my house last night because my kids want it Dunkin’ Donuts but. Why is this is the second time this place is closed before closing hours. It was only 7:45 when Google says they close at 10:00 pm on Saturday. Really bad can’t trust to drive to this place cuz you never know if they going to be close or open

Do not waste your time going to this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I use to love going to this location, but overtime they have declined. There are a bunch of young teenagers that are at this location who constantly play around from time time you try to order to the time you get to the window. I’ve given many chances and each time I regret it. I’ve spoke to the manager on 2-3 occasions and no change. You will get good service during the early morning hours until about 2PM – after 2PM the staff are horrible. The teenagers never get your order correct, and lie about what they have available. They also refuse to provide their names when asked because they know you are going to report to the manager.
