Quick and easy. Had a mistake on app and they were quick to fix and app refunded. Prefer this location over any other nearby Dunkin. One staff member (unsure of name) is a great person! Quick to fix any issues and very kind!

I am writing to formally report an incident of extremely unprofessional and unacceptable conduct that occurred at one of your locations this morning.

My fiancée visited the drive thru to place an order for coffee and food. When she reached the window, the manager on duty handed her the order and quietly said something to her. He then asked her to pull forward because she could not hear him clearly. When she asked him to repeat what he had said, the manager stated, “How much can I get for sex.”

This comment was inappropriate, offensive, and completely unacceptable. It created a hostile and uncomfortable experience and is not behavior that should ever be directed at a customer. No customer should be subjected to sexually explicit remarks while conducting a routine transaction.

We are deeply disturbed by this incident and expect it to be taken seriously. This conduct reflects poorly on your company and violates basic standards of professionalism and respect.

I am requesting that this matter be promptly investigated and appropriately addressed. Please confirm that this complaint has been received and advise what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again.

The manager is described to be an old, middle eastern male that wears a black face mask.

Honestly one of the worst customer services ever experienced. My family came from London and we did drive thru. The south Asian server (who I believer was Indian) was extremely rude and showing attitude to my father, then he had the audacity to mess up our order. HE SHOULD BE FIRED. He’s lucky my dad is a kind man!. He wouldn’t have gotten away with that if it was me.

Made purchase through mobile to walk in, was told to go through drive thru. Once there no one available. Requested a refresher with less ice, as you can see I have a cup full of ice. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Anticipating new Clinton location to open to avoid this location.

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for years! You don’t get many places these days with customer service but this place is outstanding! A lot of the staff knows my drink, what my kids like and they always make sure to put a smile on my kids face!! If I don’t have them with me they ask about them! I have had maybe one issue with this location but the manager fixed it right away! He is always helping in the mornings sometimes in the afternoons! As an assistant manager myself I know how fast food can be stressful and they never show it! Would definitely recommend this Dunkin to anyone!

One of my favorite Dunkin’ to go to. Always polite Customer service. Ordering through the app is easy and most of my orders have been correct! On the rare occasion my coffee has not been right, Dunkin issues a refund or free coffee.

We typically enjoy this location. But lately they seem to be under staffed in the afternoons when I stop in with my son after school. 1 employee working both inside and drive thru.
It’s unfortunate because a lot of people end up leaving because it takes so long to get someone over to the register to take the inside orders. 2 different groups left just during this visit alone. They are more focused on drive thru orders.
They should always have 2 employees working, if for nothing else but safety.
It’s not safe for one person to be working alone.

I have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts for years and I always place my order through the app. My items are always ready and prepared when I pull up. The store manager and the employees who are young, are always nice and courteous. My coffee tastes perfect each time!

This location has the worst customer service, particularly from an employee named Sia (a Middle Eastern or Indian man). He was extremely rude and disrespectful, rushing my order to the point that I couldn’t even place it. When I tried to discuss the issue in the store, he claimed that each order must be completed in 15 seconds or less, regardless of size, and cut me off abruptly. He even cut off a piece of paper with the store information on it and told me he didn’t care if I called management, all in an aggressive and rude manner. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for over five years, but after today, I won’t be returning.
