The recently came back with a chocolate Coke foam that they haven’t had in a couple years and that used to be my go to for my cold brew. I love that my cold brew is always strong. This location never misses. I used to come here all the time when I went to community college and I come back 2 to 3 years later and honestly, I love that their quality doesn’t change, They are always willing to remake my order.

Beaware: I am a Doctor at the near by hospital and today I quickly went in the drive-through. I clearly stated less ice in my man, but they gave me a cup with 75 % ice. I spoke to the Indian manager, I don’t know her name but I noticed in the ***reviews below there are several, several, several customer with the exact complaint and 1 took a Photo of her.Please view her photo under the other customers same compliants** This manager was extremely rude and arrogant…. she’s being Cheap and sStingy by sneakly filling the cup with ice so the customer gets less drink and she can save. If you ask for no ice, there is a extra charge.

This place is definitely alright with me! My order was correct – versus the location by my house where they do their own thing with your coffee order.

The restaurant was clean and I liked how they had small touches like Valentine’s balloons and flowers. I couldn’t get to snapping a photo of the donuts because my order was done already! Everything hot and fresh! I love when I’m really looking forward to coffee and they get it right.

Can’t say I had the greatest experience here, but it also wasn’t the worst. While waiting in line to place my order with the young cashier, an older gentleman came to assist me at another register. My order not complex at all- A large iced coffee, light ice, cream, 2 different type syrups, whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I placed my order and took a video and photos of the place. In the midst of taking my video the older gentleman who took my order was watching me the entire time. I did a almost 360 of store and close to the ending he yelled 3 times, “ma’am!” I still decided to take pictures but the fact he yelled ma’am as I was taking a video to show everyone the inside it was very off-putting and very rude. If he stated your drink is ready in a calm tone, I would have been fine, but to scream ma’am was not a enjoyable experience/moment. I’ve been to this location before but it was women that assisted me and weren’t rude and made my drinks the way I asked but this older guy made me very irritated by his tone and the fact he yelled so aggressively. I don’t think he liked me taking photos and videos of the store, but I will if I’m in the mood each time I go.
The positive thing is my drinks are always made the way I like so I’m happy with that!

Terrible customer service. Although I rarely go to this Dunkin Donuts, or Dunkin at all, is because the service and food quality leave little to be desired. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere because this location deserves nothing. Drive thru order# 6439

This is my local store I pass here on my way to work the manger is always heighten and short never friendly today I had a rough morning I forgot to ask for no ice in my iced coffee. I was penalized and up charged as I came around to the window to remind the cashier that it slipped my mind. He explained to his colleague one moment on that iced coffee she is asking for no ice. Of courses I questioned why am I be charged to not use their ice she came at the window threatening to refuse service if I have a problem paying the fee I had other things going on that morning with my toddler I didn’t have the energy. I reviewed my items my drink which was wrong and they stuffed my food in a smaller packing and it was cold as if they had several items sitting to the side awaiting for orders this isn’t my first bad encounter but I like to support the area I live in . I will need to find a local small business that would appreciate my money and not a large chain who see you as a transaction number.

I got a medium sweet tea. It exploded in my hand. How does that happen..It got all over the car and my brand new shoes. Everytime I go to this location they always get my order wrong or something weird is happening. 1/10. (the munchkins were decent)

I ordered the chicken and roasted pepper wrap and it was disgusting. It was burnt with a weird taste. I’ve had this wrap before but at a different location and it was delicious. So disappointed that someone would think it is okay to serve burnt food.
