Know how your drink is supposed to look like before you order blindly.
This is VERY important for anyone who is planning on getting coffee from this store.
I work at a dunkin in a different location. So I know exactly how every coffee/ drink is supposed to look and taste like.
I came to try this location out as it’s right by the campus.
11/19/25 was my first visit. I ordered a large hot mocha latte. When I received the drink, it tasted like straight hot water and drip coffee with a slight hint of mocha. There was no milk, no espresso and obviously drip coffee looks totally different from a hot latte. I only realized this while heading out and I was in a hurry for class. So I didn’t come back to contest this.
Today, as I was in the area and the compass coffee is unfortunately closed, I decided to test if the same thing will happen again when I order an espresso drink. And for a total surprise, it did happen.
The first picture is what my “hot macchiato” looked like when they gave it to me. And the 3rd was how it’s supposed to look like after they remade it. Black drip coffee that only costs $3 compared to a $7 macchiato. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is that he remade the drink. But I will assume this happened intentionally.
And I assure you that there are Dunkin locations that do take care of their customers and ensure excellent order quality.

For some reason whenever they are out of hashbrowns which is basically every week, they don’t remove it from their system and if you do end up ordering it they won’t tell you they are out. They just end up giving you whatever else you ordered. They could just simply tell us that they are out of it.

It was a heavy busy Tuesday morning. There were long lines to the kiosk ordering machine and to the counters. Mobile orders were nicely lined up at the pickup area. My Turkey Sausage Egg & White Cheddar Cheese in Multigrain Bagel and hot coffee were waiting in the same slot there.

Awful experience everytime – takes over 10 minutes after you wait inside for an order that should be ready for pickup. They are clearly understaffed but refuse to make the adjustment to accommodate their demand. 0 stars & would recommend the other location down the street or the local shops.

If you ever want to know where I’m at the start of each day, just know you can find me here. This is the best dunkin I’ve ever been to, hands down. The service to start was impeccable, and the nicest staff. Brisedia, the manager, couldn’t have been more helpful. Answered all my questions regarding my allergies. And furthermore, I was amazed with my coffee. Would recommend to any morning breakfast goer!!!!

This location’s wheelchair accessibility is subpar. The entrance is a set of double doors, one of which is frequently locked, requiring you to use only one door. The door you can use is incredibly heavy and does not open all the way. For a huge chain, this really isn’t acceptable. They should either repair the door and make it able to open fully and make it lighter, or add an automatic opener.
That being said their food is enjoyable, and their service tends to be good.

It took 25 minutes for my one latte to be made. Completely ridiculous. Even after all that they still got the order itself wrong. Unfortunately this is not new. Every other order I get from this place is wrong. I’m tired of having my money taken by this place only to get less than I paid for

I would come here a lot but maybe it was just a mistake but I usually get a Bagel with cream cheese and twice I had a hair where the cream cheese was. It was a very light kinda long hair. The other issue I would have in my order in the restaurant I would put for also a donut and one a few times they wouldn’t put a donut at all because they would say because we didn’t have that kind of donut but they were charging me for that anyways so I said why don’t you give me any donut then. If someone orders something you just don’t keep their money and not give them anything.
