Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I don’t understand why they had to renovate this location if food and service just suck in general. They don’t seem to get your order right (most of the time) even if they’re REALLY slow. Maybe renovate the management?

Kudos to the employee who was working by himself in a busy store with rude customers. He remained professional & polite. Can’t remember his name, but it was a Bible name. Young Hispanic male. Shame on Dunkin for having him by himself…do better. He cashier’d, made mobile & take out orders.

The donuts were nearly cleared out at 4pm. The cashier struggled with tracking that we were ordering 3 donuts and 2 muffins.

I have gone during different times of the day since it is close by to my commute. The staff lacks customer service skills, its like they have a bad day every day, they do not know what you are talking about half of the time, when you ask for something they do not prep it the correct way and when you return for them to fix you get these looks. Example I asked kindly if the almond milk they have was unsweetened, the staff responded “I don’t know” and was with an attitude. These coffee shops are a place were there needs to be a manager present and the staff needs training on Customer service.

The food is about what you’d expect. Very unhealthy but yummy food. The coffee was about the weakest coffee I’ve ever had, closer to coffee flavored water, really. But tolerable, I liked it enough. Chocolate frosted donut was great. The brownie batter donut’s filling somehow managed to be even sweeter than normal brownie batter. Still very yummy though, and did remind me a lot of brownie batter.

Came here at 8:15, their sign says they close at 9. The door was locked and the girl at the register did the cutting the throat sign to signal they were closed… but how if you have another 45 minutes open? People were in there sitting in their laptops but my daughter couldn’t go in to get ONE donut rude.

They have less baked goods selection than Starbucks. Literally only 4-6 types of donuts displayed. It is a coffee and ice cream shop, not a donut shop.
