i put a mobile order in for my food and ordered my tea in person and took my food then went to wait for my tea. they were looking for an order for a woman that had just walked over and i took my tea and walked away. im halfway to the elevator and the person screams after me and starts questioning me about the food bags in my hand. I remember i picked this order up in front of her face 3 minutes ago. Im standing there letting her question me, im showing her proof of purchase. After she’s proven wrong, im still asking her questions bc im genuinely confused. She’s silent and staring at the screen with the orders instead…. no apology, no explanation.

This is a kiosk not a store. They have been out of items for over a month now. The menu doesn’t get updated on the app, and there seems to be no effort in ordering new ingredients. Don’t come here in the fall/spring when the students arrive because you will be late for work. There is only 1-2 workers at any time, working on like 20 orders at once. They are nice, but overworked and stressed. They should be paid more.
The location is a nice walk outside campus, located in the lobby of off campus housing for students and near the frat houses. The Target and Bagel Place nearby closed permanently so it makes it even more crowded. In summer/winter it’s very empty, and they don’t update the menu so if it’s out it’s out. The food and coffee is very expensive too.

Coffee sometimes has no flavor at all just hot water and milk. Specially if you go toward the last hour of closing time I believe they don’t brew coffee just put hot water over old brew

After you place an order at the kiosk, no one is at the counter. Spent 30 minutes here. Didn’t even have the items listed in the kiosk and did not give a refund since the manager was not available. I have never experienced something so silly.

This place is nice bc it’s never crowded when I go. But maybe it’s never crowded for a reason? Make sure you order like 3 hours before they close bc apparently they start closing at least an hour before they are scheduled to close. Ordered at 7:10ish PM online and they couldn’t make my order and I had to get refunded bc they couldn’t make hash browns or a matcha latte that late.

Nowhere to park at this location. Almost got a tickets just getting some donuts nuggets. She was about to write tickets after I paid meter. Never going back. College Park MD, should not be allowing there residents to pay meter on weekends.
