I moved here almost 2 years ago and this is one of 3 dunkin’s I have near my house with this one being the closest but let me tell you how its the WORST. From the wait times to it not being worth waiting cause the food/coffee you receive is BAD. with that being said I avoid coming to this one. You can put an order in 20 mins ago and you arrive and it’s not ready like I don’t understand, is this location trained differently than the others? if something is not available or they don’t have the type of syrup you want for your coffee they just give you the drink without it and don’t say anything unless you complain. I ordered a coffee with 3 french vanilla and one caramel pumps my usual order and I get in my car and it was sooooo bad so I go back in and ask if they put my syrups or maybe the coffee is burnt and the lady says “oh im sorry we doing have french vanilla”, i respond “well this taste terrible can I have a whole new coffee with 3 pumps of all caramel then” “it would have been nice to be told and given options” so they remade the coffee. Recently I passed by for a loaded hash browns which I loveeee but never have bought it from this location but it was on my way. It was the WORSE! They literally put a slice of cheese and melted it like that and maybe because of that all the hash browns had turned into a WHOLE glop I couldn’t even lift a piece with my fork! Definitely not the same cheese they use at the other locations which is the nacho cheese.
Just avoid this location at all cost. They need to be trained better and maybe even get more people to work because theres always only 2 people there.

I went a few days ago and had the most awful drive-through worker. He gave me a hard time when I asked for a mocha, acting like he didn’t know what a mocha was (its chocolate flavored latte) then argued with me when I said its a chocolate flavored latte. Then I asked if they had any Holiday munchkins left, to which he said yes. I ordered the 10ct. I show up to the pick up window and he hands me 10 random munchkins. When I remined him I wanted holiday munchkins he SMIRKED at me, said they were out, and said he thought I was asking if Dunkin, in general, still carried them. No dude. You knew exactly what I was asking and you scammed me into paying for normal munchkins. 0/10 experience. Will never go back. That guy working Saturday 12/27 afternoon is harassing and scamming your potential customers.

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts this evening, and while I was waiting for my food, I saw a mouse running back and forth on the counter area where food and drinks are prepared. I brought this to the attention of a young employee. She was polite and said she would inform a manager, which I appreciated. However, seeing a mouse in the food preparation area is very unsanitary and concerning. Mice can carry disease, and this poses a potential health risk to customers. I believe this situation needs to be addressed immediately, with proper cleaning and pest control, to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
This location seriously needs better sanitation and pest control. I hope management addresses this quickly because this is not acceptable for a place serving food!!!

Great location!!! There’s a guy that works sandwich station I think his name is Maynor very bubbly guy and he always makes my sandwich the right way. “always hits the spot” I would recommend this location

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I waited in line for about two minutes, greeted the staff multiple times, and attempted to place an order, but no one acknowledged me or said a word. I assumed there might be an issue taking orders, so I proceeded to the payment window.
Instead of clarification, I was met with an unprofessional and insulting comment from the staff member, who accused me of having an “attitude,” which was completely uncalled for. On top of that, the food quality was poor—the croissant was soaked in oil and not prepared properly. The only acceptable item was the bottled Coke.
Customer service and food quality both need serious improvement. This experience was frustrating and left a very bad impression.

Every time I go to this Dunkin they are either out of stock of something or the coffee machine is broken. This morning I stopped by and couldn’t order a hot latte because the machine wasn’t working. When I got to work (only 10 minutes away) my hash browns were cold and the croissant from my breakfast sandwich was hard. Most of the people that work there are nice though

Asked for a caramel frozen coffee they gave me a caramel craze that has cinnamon on it. I’m allergic to cinnamon and that would be the second time. They serve me a drink with cinnamon on it even though the frozen caramel coffee is not supposed to have cinnamon waited damn near 45 minutes for my coffee And for them to remake it and still had to wait for my ice and I came back ordered the avocado spread, which is something they could hand me from the refrigerator and they decided to make me wait 10 extra minutes every time I come here is bad customer service. I’m from LA. They talk bad about you in Spanish not understanding that just because I am black does not mean I cannot understand Spanish. I recorded The entire conversation of them talking about me because I can’t have cinnamon. Whole time I’m half El Salvadoran. And bought ice just for it to have hair in it

I only go to this location when I don’t have time to go farther. The morning crew is very friendly however they never have the items I want. I used the mobile app to order and did not get the item because they didn’t have it. They told me I had to contact Dunkin to get a refund! Contacted them TWICE no call back, no email, nothing. I’m about to be done with Dunkin all together.

This place is a joke! They never have anything, the food & muffins are always burnt! Just not the Dunkin experience I’m use to. My croissant was so hard & my hash browns, I’m seriously not sure how this place is still in business. Waste of time and money! Avoid this DD! I’m a foodie TRUST ME. I’ll try a restaurant a good 2-3 times before i leave a honest review and this place disappointed me 2 outta 3 times. You’ve been warned.
