The guy at the drive thru on Thursday mornings is great and so nice!
Unfortunately the last few times I’ve ordered they haven’t paid any attention to my customizations. No egg, white cheddar and extra bacon but every time it’s just American cheese with egg and 2 pieces of bacon. Not sure I’ll keep coming on my Thursday trips since I’m not getting what I pay for

This is genuinely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to and it continues to get worse every time I visit. I have tried to avoid the location at all cost but it is the closest store to my house and sometimes is the most convenient. I have only ever seen very young kids working this location and it is clear they do not have a clue what they are doing. I have yet to come to this location and have had my entire order correct, every single time I come something is wrong and needs to be corrected which takes time out of my day to have to go park and come inside to have my order fixed. I think the employees at this location need some better training. Very unfortunate I feel like I waste my money every time I come here.

Nice new modern and clean Dunkin Donuts. Our coffees were hot, fresh and prepared as ordered. This DD was very busy when we visited; but, the staff never missed a beat. They worked like a real team. Well done! Very friendly staff

This service at this location gets worse and worse everyday. I am a customer that comes here faithfully every morning and it seems like every morning it just becomes an issue after the issue. This was my most convenient, stop and favorite until they got rid of the manager and now replaced it with this gentleman that clearly is not running it the way it should be ran. I’m in the customer service business and this is bad business.

First off, you might drive by this Dunkin because it is hidden to blend in with the houses on the road. It is honestly the most beautiful Dunkin that I have been to ever.
It is incredibly clean, service was quick, and the breakfast sandwiches and coffees were perfect.
Definitely recommend!!

Check your lattes. I ordered two lattes and three donuts. The matcha latta felt really lite. So when I got to where I was going I opened the latta to find the cup was only 50% full. The donuts were placed in the bag frosting side down which resulted in a very messy bag and three very angry kids. Not the best Duncan experience.

My daughter and I ordered a different frozen drink. Mine came with a positive message handwritten by someone and the drinks came fast were looking great and tasting great! The 2 young ladies were nice and it was a great experience!

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I’m typically here before any type of rush but I’ve yet to experience anything negative with this location.
