It’s was tough not to give 5 stars. I come to this location a lot for breakfast and coffee. The manager at this location…. 7 stars out of 5. She knows her customers and goes way above and beyond for service. The other staff can sometimes be less customer handy. As customers have to catch their attention or have to follow up just to get the mobile orders placed ahead of time. I will say that, thanks to management being so helpful, they don’t great. If she can teach her skills to the staff, they would be an amazing business.

Took over 30mins to get through the drive thru when there was only 2 cars ahead of me in line and each order did not contain many items as it appeared being passed through the window…. Do not recommend this place, unless you want to wait forever in line when they are not even a busy store on a Saturday night at 4:30pm….

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is about the fifth or sixth time my order has been wrong at this location. Sometimes I’ve been able to go back and get it corrected, but most of the time I can’t because I’m running late or stuck in the drive-thru line. Today, I ordered and paid for avocado toast with bacon — and was given plain avocado toast with no explanation or warning. It’s frustrating to feel like I have to double-check every order when this should be simple customer service. I keep coming here because it’s close to home, but this consistent pattern is disappointing and frustrating.

I was okay with not getting a good morning returned to me each time I greeted the employees, but to mess up multiple times with my order was a bit frustrating and disappointing. I swiped my loyalty ID to get the $3 cold brew and was told “No” and that “the regular price for cold brew is $3.59…” regardless of the special ran and the cheaper price I showed via my app. Not only did I end up not saving $2+ but I got shorted on my change due and requested the remaining amount (still was incorrect), didn’t receive a straw (went back for it and actually got a goodbye greeting after my 3rd/last request for something), and my medium cold brew didn’t even have the standard 3 shots/swirls of flavor added when requesting a medium (I received 1 each but didn’t realize this until reaching home and tasting my drink and reading the label on the cup).

They close at 9pm. i went through drive thru at 8pm and told me they didn’t have various drinks including frozen coffee they kept using the excuse they were about to close until i told the girl that it say they clone in a hour. Had a whole attitude the whole time. Looked like they were cleaning up already at 8pm.

Very freshly made donuts here..good service . I’m alittle worried about the jellie and vanilla creme donuts. Must of had about a teaspoon of filling. Alittle disappointed. Not like i remember it from before.

The afternoon staff closes early and pretend they don’t have anything when there’s about an hour left until closing. Takes forever for someone to take your order too. The morning staff on the other hand is always super nice and helpful.

I am not sure if the young lady in the drive thru this morning 5/1/2025 is having a bad day. I get to the window to pick up my order I present my phone to scan my QR code she did not great me I spoke and said Good morning, I received nothing. After completing my sale and returning my card I said have a good one still nothing. This is not like the drive thru workers, they are very polite and joyful when I come thru. As someone that deals with the public I understand some customers can be a rude or a bit much but never let that change your attitude towards the next one. Honestly as a manager she will not be in my drive thru if she cannot greet my customers, granted we all have a bad days but leave your personal at the door pick it up when you leave. The customers are not the cause of your issues.
