If I could give this Dunkin’ location zero stars, I absolutely would.
The customer service here is awful, especially for DoorDash customers. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly had zero interest in resolving a very simple issue. It felt like doing the right thing for a customer wasn’t even an option—because no one here is empowered, trained, or willing to care.
The ownership is a complete joke. When employees act this way consistently, that’s a leadership problem, not an individual one. Whoever owns this store should seriously consider selling it, because they have failed to create even a basic standard of customer service.
Plenty of Dunkin’ locations get it right. This one does not. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

I ordered a 50ct of Munchkins and arrived to find that they did not have any. I asked to trade it for a to go coffee (large box) and was told the price was not equal. I was informed I would be refunded but it has been 5 days and no refund has been processed. I had to reach out to corporate and even tried stopping by the location just to be told by the lone employee that they are not authorized to perform a refund. Frustrated I will have to spend more time to remedy an issue that is not my fault. Next time I will just have to hold up the whole line to ensure I get my refund on the spot.
Finally got refund but required 4 separate visits.
Multiple times I have ordered on the app only to arrive and they not have the items in stock. Very small location so they must have limited stock.

The service is always slow because they only have one person working at a time most days. The one employee is taking the order, making the drinks & preparing the food which makes the wait time much longer. One time they ran out of the syrup flavor I wanted and the drink came out bad. Today I went and ordered a hot matcha and after I paid, the employee told me she could only make it with ice and not hot. She didn’t tell me why but I’m assuming a machine must not have been working or she didn’t know how to use it. I asked for a refund and she didn’t know how to process one through the register. She called the owner and they did not answer. I had to get something for equal value which I did in donuts but I need this location to do better. It’s always something when I go there. And some of the staff are not friendly and have bad attitudes like they don’t want to be there.

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the espresso machine was broken, and there was no notice of this before placing my online order. I stood waiting for my drink for about five minutes before overhearing the cashier tell another customer that the espresso machine was down.
I then asked for a refund and was told that only a manager could process it, but the manager wasn’t coming in that day. I was advised to contact customer service instead. While I wasn’t happy about it, I agreed.
After leaving the store, I called customer service only to find out they were closed. As a result, there was no way to get a refund in a timely manner. Overall, this was extremely disappointing and poorly handled.

I go here a lot (closest anything with a drive thru) and the team there is usually really great. Food is occasionally crisp/a little burnt (particularly the ham and cheese croissant, which I’ve stopped ordering for that reason, but still the best Dunkin in the area!

Placed an order on the mobile app, including munchkins and a box of Joe. App said it would take a while to complete the order as it was larger than a typical order. Arrived 50 minutes later and nothing was ready. They had to pack the munchkins and brew the box of coffee on the spot. Not worth ordering ahead if it doesn’t save time.

Absolutely horrible service. Tried a simple Uber order and this location for some reason kept telling drivers the order was cancelled – not the case. Would not answer the phone when I tried to find out what was going on. They told 6 Uber drivers the order was cancelled – what is going on!!! Horrible service.

Nobody in this location knows what they are doing. Apple Fritter was stale. Took 10 minutes for ice cold bagel minis – gave me wrong coffee. Would also help if one person spoke English
