Within a span of 2 days I visited 5 times to this location. In that my order got messed up 1 time. I did not complain their , noticed my order messed up only I came far from location and blaming myself not checked while getting order. During weekends it got bit busier and staffs were able to handle well. Sometimes the pos person is young person and takes some time to make it into order but the delivery team were faster. Sometimes I had to wait for them to call us though our food were waiting in the section and customer who came after our order were able to get their order and left. One spot mobile ordering and section is good for avoiding long queue for ordering section. Parking is enough for moderate crowd. There are couple of outdoor chair/table to enjoy the weather. Easily accessible complex but location of Dunkin is to go through the parking and visible from the road. But the foods are delivered fast enough.

Went up to drive through and said “can I get a medium, sweetened iced decaf please” and the questions that followed.. iced or hot? What size? Cream and sugar? ♀️ had to repeat everything I already said and ultimately ended up with caffeinated drink, not decaf because I couldn’t fall asleep that night.

I placed a curb side order through the app. When I came there was a delivery truck unloading next to the only one available. It made the spot tight so I choose a different spot. Followed directions placed hazards on etc. I had to place a second order and move to a designated spot in order to receive my order. Currently have a premiee new born and don’t want to disturb her sleep. Service is a hit or miss depending on staff. I’ve had to leave orders behind in the past so I make it to work on time.

Had a quick pick up of breakfast . Good service . Quick and efficient . Coffee could have been better . Was a bit thinned down . Bagels were good . I love their hash browns .. they have restroom facilities . Nice location and good parking spots . Overall good

It’s great that they have 7 young people working on a but Saturday but they need a supervisor so that they don’t give you a half empty coffee or they will stay away from their phones. I highly encourage the management to keep young people working but at least train them please

Brownie batter is yum the staff was good also LOVE the almond crossiant I will kms if it ever gets taken off seriously I love bagels I have one twice a week but only the plain with plain cream cheese or j hate it you guys should have turkey bacon

I have my order avocado toast with bacon, they’re charge $4.99 but i got it without bacon, i bite a little bit and realize not bacon in there, i give back to them and they just put bacon on top, not through away make the new one for me.i told her make more well done but not at all.
