I try to avoid this Dunkin but the area is convenient for me to stop by. The morning crew can NEVER get my order correct. Somehow every single time my order is wrong or I’m given a drink that Isn’t even mine(it’s happened before). The staff is nice but this morning I asked for cold foam and I got whipped cream(CF is extra)?! I don’t know if it’s a language barrier but change out the drive thru girl PLS. I’ll be driving out of my way to avoid this Dunkin.

Getting Worst day by day.

This Dunkin’ in Haymarket is very disappointing. Haymarket is an expensive area, and we deserve good coffee and professional service, but this location fails on both counts. The prices are high, yet the service is poor and unprofessional.

The front desk staff seem unmotivated and forced. They rarely smile and appear disengaged, just going through the motions. No one enforces proper standards, and it feels like the staff are not encouraged to provide quality service. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with employees who clearly do not enjoy their work.

Management needs to step in and improve this location. They should focus on better-trained, professional staff, friendly service, and quality coffee. Right now, this Dunkin’ feels careless, poorly run, and not worth visiting.

This Dunkin is HORRIBLE! The bacon is always raw. The sausage was hardly cooked. Call there and was left on hold by someone when asked for the manager – called a total of 11 times. Couldn’t reach ANYONE! Customer service is awful. The morning crew is lacking. I’ve been waiting lately until the afternoon bc they comprehend drinks made correctly and food being cooked before putting it on a sandwich.

Looks to be run by younger staff. Line was beyond long and after waiting for mobile order, my coffee was to be prepared hot but was prepared iced in error. Pulled ahead to wait, with window lowered a little to listen out- young lady didn’t notice, and said nothing, knocking on my window literally in my face. Coffee was lukewarm and so was food, in addition to burnt & skimpy portion of bacon on my croissant sandwich.

Sorry to say but the coffee taste wired. It’s was the new pumpkin coffee. Coffee taste old kind of sour taste. Their customer service is bad no one says anything no eye contact no nothing. It was the mobile order. They keep the in desk where it supposed to be on the small shelf side of register. While taking the cup she said nothing was busy with something. Having fun with other friend.
New update: they are getting worse day by day. They make me drink did not fill it properly. I’m not saying they gonna fill it up to the end but seems like they have lot of space left. They seems rude , guy in the front just looking in the cell phone. He said nothing. They are getting worse and worse everyday.
