I am honestly in awe of how terrible the service was at this location. I spent almost 30 minutes inside waiting for donuts that were already sitting there ready to go. During that time, two other customers walked in to place orders, and not once did either of the two employees acknowledge them — not “I’ll be with you shortly,” not “Are you ready to order?” One of those customers eventually left after about 10 minutes of standing there without being acknowledged.
Throughout my time there, the employees seemed to deliberately avoid eye contact with anyone. I watched them move around behind the counter, with one of them repeatedly going to the back and going through cabinets, without really doing anything productive other than avoiding customer service altogether. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since there were customers in the drive-through, which only one of them was serving, while also preparing my drinks.
When my drinks were finally ready, the employee crumpled the order tag and threw it away without giving me the donuts. I let her know I was still waiting for them, at which point she handed me only half of my order. It was almost impossible to get either employee’s attention again, but when I noticed one of them standing there reading what looked like a recipe, I said, “Excuse me, I’m still missing two donuts.” He then gave me the remaining donuts.
At that point, it genuinely felt like I could have asked for anything else and he would have just handed it to me. As I started to head for the door, I finally heard him helping the one customer who was still standing there waiting to order.
I would avoid this location at all costs if you value your time.

I would have left 0 stars if I could. I placed my order accidentally at a Dunkin I don’t usually go to and immediately let this Dunkin know, and showed proof, as I was already in the drive thru. They refused to honor it, including the manager that works here. While I understand being different franchises, I wouldn’t want my customers leaving unhappy and having to pay double for coffee they didn’t receive.

The service here is terrible, twice I’ve ordered online orders and the dozen donuts I asked for were completely incorrect, once I watched him do it and what I had asked for on my order was there but he just grabbed something else instead saying they were out of my selections. That was the time they ignored my order for 30 minutes and I still had to wait when I arrived. Yesterday my daughter waited 20 minutes to order her drink at the counter while they waited on drive thru customers. They really need a better system for handling customers. Just because someone is a younger and waiting to order doesn’t mean they should be ignored for 20 minutes while they serve drive thru customers.

Staff was extremely rude and not caring at all. They forgot half of my order and when I came back and I asked for a refund or a coupon or a gift card since I had to waste my gas money in my time and be late they was like oh I can’t help you sorry. That was it. The Indian guy was very rude. I did not care for him and he was mockingly said have a good day as I left. Please contact me Duncan corporate. I had a very bad experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I waited in line for about 25 minutes, and then an employee named BK told me I would need to wait another hour. The problem was not only the wait, but his attitude—he was rude and disrespectful when speaking to me.
If the store is busy, that’s understandable, but customers should still be treated politely and honestly. This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional.

Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating. This is the THIRD time I’ve been given the wrong order while being charged correctly. When I pointed it out, the staff was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional with a nasty attitude, as if the mistake was somehow my fault. This place clearly has no standards, no accountability, and zero respect for customers. Wasting people’s time and money like this is ridiculous. Management should be embarrassed. I will never return

Attempted to order several donuts from the kiosk machine. Paid for the food. The employee then tells me they did not have the white powered with chocolate filling or the sour cream cake donuts. Although the kiosk says they do. It also appears the donuts have gotten smaller as well. I’m very disappointed in the food. Seems like Dunkin’ Donuts is going downhill.
I ordered the Sourdough breastfast sandwich. The cheese was not melted, and the sandwich was not hot, not even warm.

Everytime I go thru the drive thru there’s an issue. This time I placed my order twice and it still showed the wrong thing. No update, no total. I don’t understand what’s so hard. No one in the store and no one ahead of me in line in the drive thru. I tell myself skip it, don’t go back and yet I do. What’s the point of a drive thru if you don’t get the order right and leave customers just waiting?! I’ll stick with Duck Donuts and Brusters.
